N/A Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I know that I would be a good asset and valuable addition to the Prometheus staff team, due to previous staff knowledge and experience, such as adherence to the rules, and how to educate others on confusing concepts within the rules. I myself at one point struggled with certain concepts due to misunderstanding or not understanding them at all, as some rules can have a 50/50 split on how a situation should or can be handled. In roleplay, various kinds of people exist, some with interesting quirks that can’t be physically expressed due to varying vocal ranges, thus the need for voice modifiers or voice-altering software that can be used to better immerse themselves and others via roleplay means. Rule 37 within the Imperial rules does list various types of soundboards and voice modifiers that are allowed; however, it fails to mention the allowance of voice changers, which I personally feel can cause a bit of confusion for some. Though this is only a dull example, there are always holes a person will try to find in specific rules; and I feel that my job would be to perfectly clarify the rules in order to avoid any instance of misinterpretation or technicalities. When dealing with disturbances, I often notice how some people struggle to find an effective answer or even formulate an answer at all; there’s never a solution to every issue, but there are always compromises and temporary answers until an effective response or solution can be found. In the past, I’ve had to deal with tricky situations between two people, both of whom I empathized with. For a moment, there was hesitation and confusion; however, Person A ended up breaking a rule, one which they were aware of, and as staff, regardless of my personal opinion, I had to ban the person. * SORRY FOR GRAMMATICAL ERRORS I'M STILL WORKING ON THEM * What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: Being staff consists of a lot of micro-managing, making sure to answer tickets at a respectable rate, logging the tickets taken, enforcing global rules, and overall making sure everyone on the server is relatively happy. As staff I would have a more hands-on role in paying attention to the forums, and overall setting a good example of how someone in the server should behave. Having served on a staff team before though it's not directly apparent the way mods/admins/owners act does directly affect how members of the community will behave. That being said, I feel that being the person you wish to see on the server is how one should act as staff. Hence adhering to the rules, upholding roleplay/character immersion, and completely tossing out minging even in the later hours is a must. Tickets are also of high importance as staff enforcing the rules can be just as important as keeping 1 person who continuously breaks the rules but maintains activity as it's that one person vs a group of people who could probably have their immersion ruined by interacting with said person. None Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: The reason why I should be picked for staff is because I am an active member of the community and I really enjoy it and I now wanna help out the community and get along with everyone very well, I believe I can do that when I am a staff member, I wanna help out everyone, that includes new people, people who are just coming back to the game or people who are currently playing. I also wanna help take some tickets because I believe that’s the most important thing when you become a staff member and that is tickets. Furthermore I think I would be a perfect fit because I take what I do very seriously, I don't normally tolerate any nonsense at all whatsoever. You come here just to ruin someone’s day “Gone”. You thought you could come in spraying up the place “The Boot”. Oh you made another char to come back killing again. “Banned again” and I have all night. If that's the way they want to play it. That's fine with me. Won't bother me at all, I'll enjoy it. Touching base on helping others. I have noticed some complaints recently about “staff not taking my ticket” . One thing I won't do is leave someone hanging to the wolves. From someone that has been on that end I completely understand how it feels to not get the help I need when I need it. Of course with certain restrictions. I would like for others to enjoy themselves, and be the character they want to be. Without feeling like that can't, because of minge player's that don't take this server seriously. I've noticed a lot of meta gaming and other forms of misbehavior in the time that I have been here. It would be great to be able to handle it before it gets out of hand. Such as players stealing from other factions - like The MOP. And maybe players abusing the pk system. Or keeping an eye on repeated offenders that come in everyday ruining other players' experience. I hope we can have the server going strong for a long time to come. And I think with the help of myself, we can make it stay that way. Specific duties that come to mind - 1. Making sure everyone is playing by the rules. We don't need any people here making it harder for others to enjoy their time here. 2. Making sure there is no metagaming happening. This will not help the longevity of the server if it continues. 3. Getting control over the Minge, RDM rage players who have zero lives outside of this. This may help keep people wanting to stay in character more. And not end up losing their character as well. Which in turn will keep them here longer. And finally number 4. Tickets- Making sure to take tickets for players that are in need is one of the most enormous deals here. I got caught up in the moment and ended up saying things that I should not have said. I know that saying (racist) slurs and joining on an alt acc was wrong but i did it out of frustration because i thought i did not deserve to be banned. sorry for my actions and it wont happen again

Watching this clip, I would concur that this should not be a pk for server reasons. First, you could argue the Gendarmerie started the gun fight since they were in the military base and confronted him. After which they threatened detainment and the enlisted Gendarmerie raised his gun. In response he shot first defending himself of clear potential harm that was clear in the present situation. Second they did not clearly state that they were going to arrest him. They made strong suggestions of such action but did not fully commit to attempting to first tie him or tell him fully that he WILL be arrested. Third, The person who killed him did not seem like he was a part of the initial gun fight so he may have won the initial gun fight but then got killed later in the confusion. Those are my reasons for why you could consider appealing this pk. I am simply stating my opinion and experience from about 4 years of playing on the server. May any admin take my view point into consideration when seeing this appeal, and thank you for reading this.

I was the one at the front door, you had a member of the NSB detained, and you stated that you detained him. I told you to "move" so I could speak with the NSB, and you didn't. Instead, after I wanted you detained to move out of the way you raised a gun at me and wanted to counter detain me, to which your men didn't respond. My men raised a gun in return to which you opened fire, and everyone saw me run to cover. You killed 2/3 people, then the armed forces and the remaining gendarmerie killed you. The argumentation of they are supposed to be on your side is dumb and not how roleplay works. Clearly, they didn't agree with you considering the "holy shit" comment came from another member of the Feld. "Holy Shit" translating to "You are dumb for raising a gun out of nowhere to a member of Command". I had full willingness to allow you to trial him, but you chose violence, and your own men killed you because you wanted to have a last stand over an NCO.
