As the man who requested the PK i mean you initiated a gunfight shooting me in the back and i turned and killed you in self defense. You risked your life to save somebody and you failed so hopefully in your next life you either make sure i die or not try something like that!

DENIED. This PK was properly approved under the guidelines and material presented. With the point of appeal you mentioned of -last resort- They did attempt to take alternate routes to have this matter resolved however, those other options were not taken by the relevant parties. i.e Interior Minister, Chief of the Police Courts, and the Chief of the State Police. Additionally, last resort is not an exclusive route for court or going through every single door. The efforts were made, and they were ignored. As such the last option i.e last resort was to have you PK'd.

Character's name & rank: NSB-Polizeiinspektor Heydrich Goldstein SteamID STEAM_0:1:124890578 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): JimmyJr Explain why you were PK'd: I started a gun fight and lost with a military grenadier who was mugging a party CO Why should you be un-PK'd?: firstly No UA was present at my sit according to the goverment PK guidelines as a department leader which Im pretty sure I was maybe *I was deputy chief of the BSD* if that Qualifies me as a department leader then UA would of needed to be involved in my sit to properly authorize the PK and secondly situation was super sketchy I was helping serve a PCO when I saw this military grenadier came out of the cive spawn and the first thing they do is walk up to a member of the Party and aim their gun at them telling them to not move and try and tie them up I assumed it was just some Minge who had No Intent to RP so I tried shooting him with my Magnum revolver hitting him in the head twice at point blank range which some how didnt kill him instantly not even taking out half of his health somehow he then killed me and made a ticket to have me PKd. IC I have some super important responsibilities to the NSB and im one of their most active and effective agents who have been instrumental in many ongoing High profile cases and to have that IC potential wasted on a PK that started because some mingy grenadier who is ex-staff got mad at me for trying to stop them from continuing their NITRP behavior would be a terrible loss for my faction.
