What specifically would you bring, I know you mention lots of unique crime you plan on bringing, but what intricate thing will you offer or do that is new or uncommon? Special services that include more than security/assassination/money making? A new way of life for a majority of the people in Berlin? Also how do you plan on going about recruitment? Will you target the oppressed for members or will you require people making whole new characters of Balkan origin? How do you plan on interacting with the server? I like your union-style background that adds to this potential faction. Coming from the struggling poor rather than being an established crime mafiaso that has all these riches. It really brings a sense of inclusivity and a brush of new style. I also like how you branch off about them being proud of their ethnic origin, would you say that is a thing they would prioritize above ALL else? This background sort-of screams rebellion however, how do you believe it differs from so? Thank you for acknowledging my questions!

We hope and have the plans of expanding into a new opportunity for people instead of it being soley military and ministy etc. We not only don't plan on just being a gang with one specifc holding e.g. the name and properties, but we hope to provide various other options and activites. Those being activites during civil wars etc. 2 active gangs/ crime families exist but they don't have aspirations as imaginative as us and as universal, offering services to all factions. What is the backstory of your organization? [200 words or more]: A group of Balkan boys which moved up north to find better place and a better life only to be met with the other side of the coin. Fathers in struggle of work, and facing constant oppression and hardships for their ethnicity. Mothers to look after a large family and give up their own food. And sons, to grow up and to adapt to what can only be described as a social struggle. Only one way out of such a life. To forget the person you once were and to live as a man whos ready to change the environment around him. The Berlin Balkaners had once choice. To put aside the differences and to cooperate under one name, one group, one structure. Such a group that would oppose anything and everything while at the same time doing offers with those they oppose the day later. The only group in Berlin that can see an eye to eye solution no matter what. No military, no Kaiser, Nothing. Just boys who became men and decided to bring those around them closer and understanding of what blood runs through their veins.

You have to keep in mind that when you character is physically still in the server and you are mining(not afk), someone can try to interact with you and end up tying you up. Especially if you aren't defending your self. This is your responsibility, I will accept you appeal since you didn't understand this. Accepted

Firstly, for unique crime, I would like to develope the actual group into something more than just money making. Potentially getting a voice in politics. Changing the tides between the military and Interior. Gun smuggling and a weapon empire alongside a quiet rebellion. And as for recruiting, people won't have to make a new character fully, but they won't exactly be up in the top set. More like an associate if they're not Balkan. If someone German decides to join, we will offer them a different branch and path to take to be apart of us. People from the Balkans will be prioritzed, however we won't refrain from targetting them if they're completely brainwashed. Expanding on the rebellion part, I want it to be something that isn't completely serious but a caution. Having people that have ties to us in important job positions, putting them at risk of a rebellion, therefore contributing to our demands. We also won't back out of doing something radical if it needs to be. If someone or something decides it should challange us, we will be the parasite that'll control the brain. (also stuff like the discord and logo have been made.)

Denied. After a review of this appeal, the evidence provided, and your responses, this appeal is denied for the following reasons: 1. You Cannot Mug or Kidnap General Ranking Officers This is clearly outlined in the server rules: General Rule 26: You can not mug or kidnap General Ranking Officers as these individuals command fear, respect, and would realistically have guards. The person you mugged was the Minister of Labour and he is classed as a "General Ranking Officer". I do appreciate that you acknowledged this rule break in your appeal, taking responsibility for that part was a good first step. However, the rest of the appeal fails to show the same level of accountability. 2. Pretending To Be AFK is FailRP In the clip you provided, you sat down during an active arrest and failed to respond whilst you were clearly there, which is pretending to be AFK and while sitting, you cannot be tied up due to game mechanics which is why you did this to avoid getting arrested and this is just FailRP. The arresting officers then shot you so you would respawn, which would reset you and allow for the RP to continue with you standing, and able to be tied. This was a logical and justified response by them. 3. You Disconnected Immediately After Respawning (LTARP) Server logs clearly show that you disconnected by user about 5 seconds after being killed, not a timeout, not a crash. if your game had truly "crashed" the logs would indicate a connection timeout or error. This is a textbook example of leaving to avoid roleplay (LTARP), especially considering that it happened while you were actively being arrested. 4. Going To Your Spawn Point Is Not Metgaming It's completely normal during conflict scenarios (like a civil war or an arrest) for players to continue pursuing you after shooting you, including going to known spawn points. This is not metagaming, and it happens regularly during civil wars or even basic arrests. There's no rule violation here. 5. Deflecting Blame Doesn't Strengthen Your Case You continously pointed out other's behavior, accusing them of using OOC terms or metagaming, but this appeal is about your conduct, not theirs. Deflecting attention from your own rulebreaks instead of taking ownership, is not going to help you get your appeal accepted. 6. Missed Opportunity for Accountability This appeal could have been accepted if you had simply taken full accountability, apologised sincerely, and stopped trying to dispute each detail. But instead, you've attempted to challenge nearly every aspect of a situation that is well documented by the server logs and supported by your own clips that show that you're clearly in the wrong here. I'd recommend using the remaining time on your ban to review the rules carefully and reflect on your approach to roleplay.
