This guard shit ain't no joke

I was there during the hotel situation. Me and another guard were in the back room guarding the FM when the Prefect and the KG came in and tried to detain one of us. The guard fired in self-defense. He only reacted because he felt threatened, not because he was trying to start anything. Everything escalated super fast, and there honestly wasn’t enough time for proper RP or even clear communication before shots were fired. From my point of view, I think the PK should be looked at again — the guard was just defending himself, not being aggressive or causing trouble.

They were talking about a situation that had to do with the Generalmajor Valentin they kept talking and while this was happening the MOI wanted me and others to leave the PM allowed me to stay so I stayed with the FM. Later during talks the FM decided he did not want to be there and just started walking away so I walked with him when we got to the main doors of the Reichstag and opened them 2 guards were outside 1 lapo and 1 kg they were blocking us saying that they Federal council session has not stopped and that they were not allowing us to go outside. While me and the FM tried getting out I radioed letting the military know something is happening at Reichstag. Me and the FM kept trying to get out and the MOI tried to reach the FM telling me to move the thing is it was impossible for me to move since there were people blocking the door, and behind me the MOI trying to get to the FM it was a total disaster. They kept telling me to move but I kept explaining that it was impossible to do so and I told them if they wanted me to move they needed to move back which they did not do. The MOI then started to try and tie me up I tried explaining to them to move and not to tie me they did not listen and tied me up by this point members of the military were already at the front of Reichstag seeing everything happen hostility's rose and shots were fired. Most people got shot and sent to the hospital but I was still alive in cuffs, I was getting dragged away in cuffs and I kept asking why was I put in cuffs the person dragging me said" "I was not compliant and I told you to move 3 times", I said " I couldn't move if there is people around me do you not understand that, if there is people around me how can I move, its very simple, if you guys moved back I would have moved". So after being blindfolded, tied, and gagged for like 5 minutes I had no idea where I was. I literally had to ask the new person that was with me watching me to unblindfold me, I know I was gagged but I didn't want to bother staff as much about that so I literally said real quick unblindfold me pls. Which they did and I found out it was Hans Spiegel Infront of me I recognized him since he used to be in the Feld. I was still confused as to why he was here now and what is going to happen to me. I later Dm Prime asking why I was even Pk he told me that many things, Case Files, and me escaping their custody. I can see why a pk was approved for me but the way they did it was horrible. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I had no chance of not getting tied because if they tied me in the first place for "not moving" when I could not at all so I could not avoid that situation. Also where was the roleplay at all how I can know the situation or even explain if they are just going to blindfold me and gag me. I get there was a pk set for me but this PK was executed horribly. During this a bunch of KG came with including the Prefekt of the KG. They were attempting to get the tied up Major Rudolph of the War Courts. I attempting to stay next to my VIP was never asked to move but instead automatically attempted to be tied by the Prefekt. In turn I found this as a hostile intent and opened fire where then the KG retaliated fire. The Prefekt the main one I was shooting at died along with a few other KG then the rest of us all died as well. Why should you be un-PK'd?: - I believe I should be un-PK’d for I didn’t understand that the situation would result in a PK. I love the Wachkammando and as its Deputy Chief I just finished a handbook and getting the members to sign NDAs to progress the guard into a better position. I try my best to stay a professional guard and assist my members of the guard in every way possible. I would take this lesson and teach them how to not make the same mistake I did. I would like to propose for a temporary PK of how ever many days staff sees fit but to hopefully undo the perma pk. Additional Information:
