Good point of discussion. There is a time and a place to take action in these events. For example, if a Generalleutnant runs somebody over when leaving the ICC, an Enlisted or an NCO of the Landespolizei is not going to drag him out of the car and place him in cuffs. One must think about the situation and its severity/what actions should follow. I think in regards to punishable crimes, it is entirely IC. Courts and Government Bodies are in place to deal with these offences, and in recent times have began to be utilized properly once again.

I am writing to respectfully ask for a lift to my permanent ban. I understand that I made a mistake by trying to use an alt account while under a ban. I was acting out of frustration and didn't think clearly. I take full responsibility for this and I assure you I will abide by all rules moving forward.
