From the standpoint of emotions and decorum, I plan to act in the most professional way possible. Some of such ways include using restraint to avoid what I might want to say, using patience and politeness to leave a positive impression on all of those I may encounter. Another part of being a staff member is being kind and empathetic, but not overly so, as it may lead to some clouding of judgment. That being said, using kind words and not insulting people is an important part of displaying maturity, as well as adding to the aura of professionalism. Keeping a cool, level head is important, especially in tense situations. Keeping a cool head is important to see the truth and not your own emotions, leading to a fairer verdict. Consistency is also important, as the punishment of one person's infraction should not be different than another person's in a similar situation. This prevents against possible bias or any other possible negative attributes of not just a staff member, but a good person in general. Knowledge is key, especially in difficult situations where a decision can be hard. To help assist others in tasks they would need staff for tasks such as: model changes- the player would not be able to do it unless they were staff themselves. Promotions- it is our job to go through with promotion requests unless they are on cooldown. Putting someone in a faction- same as model changes to have someone put in a faction requires the staff team to handle it, which falls under our jobs as a staff member Upholding rules- it is our job to make sure ourselves as well as others are following server rules to ensure everyone has a good time. Punishment for infractions - People who break the rules must be dealt with, however, it must be in a fair and just way Administering PKs - Doing PKs is a large part of being a well-rounded staff member due to its necessity in certain situations, such as FearRP. These are only a few aspects, and as I further my understanding of the rules and community, I hope to learn many, many more ways to uphold the community. I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). I didn't think it was real at the time so in my mind it crossed for me to say it. I am saddened by what I said about it since he has died and the fact I was a bit ignorant and decided to say it makes it all worse.

To clarify this, I didn’t give you a “verbal suggestion” in the sense of influencing your statement. Whilst I did not authorize your PK, I was heavily involved when speaking with the individual who was seeking the GriefPK - Discussion before UA Approval - which is why I shall comment here to further explain why you were PK'd within our Guidelines. You had written and signed an Official Witness Statement, with a Polizeigericht member, which detailed a players actions which would have him tried in a Court for Espionage. Something which can be punishable by arrest and/or death. To stop this, he took matters into his own hands and asked if it was a viable GriefPK. The PK was approved as Greif falls under 'ANY Information which can lead to arrest/execution.' furthermore because what you had accused him of was A. Not Public Knowledge, B. Illegal & C. Information which would lead to Consequences or Punishment. Overall, this ticked all the boxes and fell into the category for a Valid GriefPK. However, UA shall make the final decision.

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: I am greatly apologetic for this, seeing as this action was blatantly idiotic. It was not my intention to cause harm to the server. To be honest I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to spawn a bunch of props in one spot, but I have recognized the severe nature of this. Since I wanted to make sure I never did anything like this with my flags ever again, I had decided to wait at least a month before appealing. On my Ouroboros character, the use of dupes is a key element to good rp, without the use of props, I will not be able to generate the kind of atmosphere that makes people engaged in our experiments and tests. Moreover, dupes are an essential part of getting funding for projects and research. The loss of flags is detrimental the roleplay on my main character and I simply care far too much to let something like this happen again. Additional Information: It has now been 34 days and I can reliably say that I will remember this moment every time I plan on using props. If I was offered the opportunity to get my flags back, I will never make this mistake again.

However, when I stopped, I admittedly was a little snarky, but in no way did I disrespect the Kriegsmarschall, I handed the paper, I started walking away, and then I told him that because he’s been shown the warrant I can come in, legally this is true, but is a jurisdictional argument. I was let in at the gate, which was already open. There was no forceful entry nor was there a raid. We were all cordial and then even when pressed I simply gave him the warrant and walked off. After this, the situation was then escalated by the Kriegsmarschall, and the Prator had demoted me for the “disrespect” as the Kriegsmarschall had asked to uphold a standard of rapport, which I obliged and took the hit for.I have no idea why further action was needed on the situation if I was promptly demoted and I had apologized and explained myself? (All of this again under orders to do so, I was simply the one carrying out my duty in subordination to the NSB.) I’d like to also just restate; Punishment and retribution for the act was already given, I was promptly demoted for it and the Kriegsmarschall seemed to be fine with it, why was further retribution in form of an NHC order PK needed or allowed? PK Guidelines that I believe this PK has violated; 4. Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member. (Once again, they already had me demoted, and he was fine with it, then he turned it all around randomly and decided later to ask for a PK for the situation that had already been resolved.) 5. PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job. (I was serving a Warrant as NSB that I was ordered to serve.)

I wanted to create this Thread to discuss Building and the tools which Prometheus offer to Donators in order to construct Businesses, Checkpoints, Defences and more. Since returning, I have found a great love for the 'Advanced Material' tool. Here you can see how I have used it to create a whole new façade for the Bar I am making on Prinzregent Street which will be named 'Prinzregent Pub'. Love this new feature for allowing materials to blend with the buildings around them if you are constructing anything, it stops lots of things from sticking out like a sore thumb if you use the tool. \/ Photos included below of the exterior and interior! Let me know your thoughts! \/

Like I said, I was ordered to do all the things I did by NSB command staff, take it up with them regarding my orders, not the Oberkommissar carrying them out. We came in peacefully with no intention of fighting and were let in as I told you multiple times. I was one of ~10 NSB agents already in the area. As for our legal argument, the last resort is not to kill me for having a legal disagreement with you, there is a Judiciary system for a reason, which you could have utilized to argue your case to a valid court with jurisdictions over the GSD, which shouldn't have even involved me as the NSB weren't inside the ICC on my orders. However, it was decided that you must have me captured and killed instead, over what should have been taken to a court rather than an NHC order PK. As for the "snarky behavior" it was barely substantial enough to have me demoted, and that was the resolution of that specific situation.

I was one of the ricthers and I dont really see what this guy did to get banned, I dont know how to had no intention to roleplay, or failed roleplay. He set up a scene that would include a trial so the richters and other people had stuff to do, He complied with the IC gagging and was complient during the trial.

It's possible I misheard and someone else said my name, but the name Whoreson was most assuredly said. I felt further confident in this when someone in LOOC said "I didn't know that was the owner". This obviously led me to believe you said my name. I'll go ahead and unban you, if it wasn't you, then I apologize. Not confident enough that you said it to keep you banned for it.

As someone who was involved, the NSB came in through the ICC and garage, upwards of 8 National Security Bureau were in with him. @SharpAlso was there and also witnessed it. Chlice did not come in alone. I had also brought in the KG to meet with a warplanner regarding a warplanning situation and announced my entry. Chlice from my knowledge didn't openly disrespect genwolf with insults, he rather acted arrogant and disrespectful with his tone and mannerisms. Genwolf confronted me and said that the NSB can't be disrespectful to him like that so we both agreed on a one rank demotion and I ordered Chlice to return. I also ordered the release of Otto von Licht as a show of good faith. I thought we had solved this in-character to be honest as I punished him with genwolfs suggestion of a one rank demotion. I personally don't agree with a PK for this considering I had already punished him to genwolfs request. I also think it's totally fine for a NSB CO to act a little arrogant, even towards the head of the entire military, just like how I expect a experienced veteran of the war effort to be arrogant and slightly disrespectful towards the state security apparatus that they see as power hungry overzealous police officers.

First of all, thank you for using the forums. I understand you may have been upset, but here and even in real life, running from your problems only drags out the situation. Of course, I do love the apology, as it demonstrates regret and maturity. While the ban may be concluded by the time I reply, I want you to walk away having learned something. I feel the ban was justified however it could have been avoided if you had simply stayed to discuss. That being said, it speaks volumes that you are willing to admit some wrongdoing and shows responsibility, to which I do very much appreciate. You were PK'ed under guideline of Dirt. Your argument's lynchpin is based on the fact that the matter is not last resort. In regards to that, Last Resort doesn't mean a checklist that we as UA go down everytime someone tries to apply for a PK. Court does not always need to apply in PK's. What we moreso look at is if there's causation and correlation. Causation is applied in the case of there is multiple instances of effort by the requesting party, which was done. Correlation is applied where there are connections between you ratting and you putting the requesting party in danger. I understand you are upset that you are dead and that you could've done more, but that is the gameplay loop. You play the game and you sometimes die. I wish you the best in your future efforts.

This is absolutely unacceptable!! This truly ruins my immersion and I don't know if I can continue RP as a LAPO member until this is fixed.
