Hey, thanks for the appeal. While I appreciate the apology, there's a few things I would like to clarify with you. First, you need to fix your steam id. It should be in the format STEAM_0:X:XXX. Secondly, your previous offenses are always going to affect punishments, especially when you have as many POs as you do. Finally, it doesn't mean it's okay to break the rules when you see others do it. When other people do it, you need to make a ticket to make sure our guidelines are enforced. It's an expectation that everyone who plays the server reads over the rules, and does their best to uphold them. Now I understand mistakes happen, and I believe this is your first infraction of this type. Therefore, I am leaving this decision up to UA, but I do believe you deserve a bit of a shorter ban. Just remember to read over the rules, and make sure you understand them. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here or message a member of staff to answer them.

Neutral. I can sort of feel sympathetic towards your situation and that you don't want to go to DarkRP (we all don't), but I just don't understand exactly how this kept happening. With several PO's in addition to your automatic console ban for alting, it seems like to me you just don't want to play Prometheus considering how often you break the rules. I completely understand that mistakes happen on occasion but considering that you have SEVERAL PO's, it seems to me at least that you have no regard for the server.

the fact of the matter is that you did alt and you see admit to it you knew it was wrong which is great for you to acknowledge it and you have been banned since december 22 and in 2023 but you have 23 bans on your record i know i shouldt be talking when i have 15 bans which 2 of them are perm but i think with time you have put in your apology without AI and the 8 month vacation from the server i gotta give it a +1 have a great day/night

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I did not start the gun fight because I only continued a roleplay situation. I was in my police car driving down the road. Then I saw a man get killed on the streets. As a police officer, I responded to the situation and drove to where the murder occurred. Upon arriving I got out of my car and pulled out my luger. Then I shot the threat dead right there and then before he could shoot anyone else. Next thing I know some unknown assailant that was not involved in the situation shot me. In this situation I only continued a roleplay scenario because I was already involved in the situation before I shot my gun, I was responding to it as an officer, and the person who killed me did it for no reason. How I was involved in the situation was that I saw the murder and responded to it. At that moment I became part of the situation. When I arrived at the scene, I only continued the situation. As said previously, how I got involved into the situation was for a legitimate reason because I was an officer. As an officer I responded to the situation and did what I had to do in order to handle the situation. The person who killed me had no reason to shoot me. When I killed the murderer and later got shot, the person who shot me got involved for no reason and had no connection to anyone involved in the situation. Additional Information: N/A

I do not recall making fun of you at any point during the sit. The individual who requested it had made some rude comments, which I motivated him to refrain from repeating. If you would like to remind me of what I said that "made fun of you," be my guest. As for the delay, it was caused due to awaiting responses from other staff members. As for the detainment, the person who requested only attempted to detain you after you tried to pistol-whip an officer of the LaPo (Me.). (I handled the PK because no other staff members were able to at that moment; the PK itself was approved by R4ged. We shot you because you began running from us after having firearms drawn. While it may have been a little short of a reactionary period, you still tried to run away. We told you several times to stop moving previous to you being shot, so claiming anything other than that is simply not true. When we had you at gunpoint, you continued to run regardless of the firearms pointed at you. While I do agree we didn't have you at gunpoint for some of the time you were running, it was in fear of the fact you had your MP40 drawn and feared being shot. That being said, good luck on your appeal.

Hi, so I genuinely don't know if you are slow or if you have a crater the size of mars on the back of your head. So, regardless of the fact of you blatantly metgaming (watching the stream of the situation) and your crosshair (something that you would only get from a certain client) you also cut out about 2-3 minutes of context. You were following us among other people and I had told them to get back. I had gun bashed when they didn't listen and eventually they pulled back. I am not gun bashing you to kill you, but you took it that way. That's fine and you're entirely in your right to take it that way, but you got immediately gunned down by your own guys. I also don't understand how someone saying "he won't wake up" also effects the validity of your PK. You tried entering the office, you were pushed back, you shot first, you died, the end. All the other people around me were not getting involved and or telling them to leave us alone, you acted alone and died alone. I don't like PK'ing people while I am on an alt character and actively avoid it, but this whole interaction with you lacked any roleplay whatsoever from your part on the account that you're talking like a black guy born in Harlem. I do apologize for handling your PK in a quick way, but you can understand the frustration of having anything you do result in you being immediately shot. I stand by your PK being entirely valid while lacking some formality.

I think you're an only child.

I'd say normally when your game is full of bugged textures, you would try and ask for advice in OOC, from staff, or leave the game quickly. Not type 'help I need to piss' in OOC and then run off. Further, the fact you're playing max-boosted volume music is not an excuse, as you can easily not play it and be able to hear people. The way you are choosing to play the game isn't a reason for others to have to shout or type in order for you to hear them. In regards to your detainment, that is an In-Character action and isn't an excuse to leave the game, however as you are curious, you seem to have been detained for breaking a law.
