Rampant anti-communism and pro-monarchist sentiments led to the authority of the state not only being expanded, but anyone who opposed it was being suppressed. As the climate of the state slowly turned more authoritarian, peaceful but meager resistance to the government sprouted up in a few libertarian political parties in Berlin. These parties lacked support, funding, and power to accomplish anything and were doomed to failure. An important one in this regard would be the Berlin Tea Party; this party would accomplish nothing of note. By the time of 1939, the Berlin Tea Party had turned more into a meeting of disgruntled citizens to complain about the government, doing nothing against its imposing hand on them. But in the following years, things began to change; rumors started swirling of government malfeasance, torture, and infighting. Wars began to surround the nation from the south, west, and east fronts. PK stands for a Permanent-Kill. For a permanent-kill to occur, it must follow the PK Guidelines. Once a character is PK'd, all access to the character is lost. The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK, and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines. When I woke up, I found out I’d been Community Exiled because Altoid spammed pings and posted offensive GIFs and images. I didn't know he ever intended to do this and I never wanted anything like this to happen. I want to sincerely apologize to the staff team and everyone who had to deal with the aftermath of the Tiny China Discord situation. Even though I didn’t directly do it, I realize and fully understand that it’s still my fault for giving him the invite in the first place. I completely understand why I got banned, and I take full responsibility for this mistake. I've played on Prometheus Networks for over three years, grinding through ranks, making friends, and genuinely enjoying the community. Hello, and thank you for submitting this PK appeal. I’m the individual who made the ticket that led to your PK. To provide some context: you were near the Landespolizei station during a civil war where everyone was shooting at eachother. At the time, you weren’t displaying any hostility nor were you carrying a weapon, so rather than shooting you down, we opted to arrest you as a less severe response. You were clearly instructed to stop moving and warned that any reckless actions could result in your death. Despite this, you chose to draw your MP40 and attempt to engage us, which led to you being swiftly gunned down by an Unterfeldwebel from the KG. Even if you believed the arrest was unwarranted (which, to be clear, it wasn’t), FearRP still applies. In the given situation, there was no reasonable scenario in which the risk you took would be in compliance with FearRP rules. Please take the time to thoroughly read the server rules and PK guidelines to avoid losing your character to situations like this in the future. Part of this role is to make sure that the roleplay and community remains fair and fun for everybody and educate, inform and potentially punish if the situation deems it necessary. Previously was brought to a sit by elite for a pk which was justified. Every part of this situation was done with RP, at no point was there trolling, me just being a nuisance, etc, there was a group of lapo, and civis that had run into the base trolling members of the military purposely being annoying, instead of me making a ticket on this i decided to kick them out of the base within RP, the military officers with no back bone also joined in with the trolls because there was nothing else they could do, i told everyone to get out of the icc, in which they did not, and i gave them plenty of time to, i opened fire, continued out of the airfield in which they were still in my path trolling, instigating, tying me, etc, i told a fella if he attempts to tie me again i will open fire, he then tried to tie me again and i gave him a couple love taps to the head in which he died, i said if anyone else aims a gun at me i will fire upon them. At no point did i mass rdm, i killed mass amounts of ppl, but all in RP, from what i know the clips don't even show any context besides me shooting, but its not like i would know since i never got informed of me being banned, and at no point did i commit NITRP, because at no point was i trolling or not rping, literally the whole situation was based of rp and me kicking trolls out, in which i did with giving them many chances, i had never just opened fire unless i had incredibly good reason to believe i was going to be shot, the only situation where i could even imagine someone would think is RDM is when i was running out the airfield after a gunfight and a military officer that was pretty much rouge had cut me off with his gun out making a attempt to arrest me. There was a moment where elite and augustus had froze me when i was telling kg to get out with them at gun point after i had shot a officer of the lapo who had refused to get out after i gave them more then 8 seconds to leave, which was apparently RDM. A different situation where a military officer was attempting to make a arrest on me for wtv reason, i gunned him down, but i guess thats rdm to! To sum it up, Fear RP isnt a ooc rule, NLR, was never broken as i was the one approached each time. NITRP was never committed because the whole time it was literally based off a rp situation of the lapo and civis being inside with rouge military cos supporting them, in which i kicked them out, then they tried to detain me, and i fought back, MRDM was also never committed because i had justification for killing anybody that i did, and any clips that show me shooting people must not show the context to it, and if at any point rdm was committed it was not in mass a purely a mistake based on the high tense situation. Additional Information: Overall this situation was handled poorly by Elite and in no way do i deserve a ban nevertheless a 5 day ban, and its to the point where the dude had to slap on Fear RP just to make it look more justified. Also note i have no previous offenses and when in a call with elite after the fact he refused to provide any clips until i make the report because he doesn't know what situation I'm talking about even though i made contact with him 3 minutes at the most after the situation. Which has made it hard to provide a sufficient statement as i don't know what specific situation he is referring to. If any ban is deserved, its not 5 days worth.

Funnily enough thats actually true. The club did exist though doubt it exists anymore.

A simple guide on binds that are important to know. Keybinds are already provided for best functionality but you may simply replace the bound key with the key of your choice. Example: bind P "say hi" (Change the P to the desired key) Copy and paste the binds below directly into the console by first pressing the ~ (Tilda) key while in-game. Then using CRTL + C to copy and once back in-game CTRL + V to paste into console. Press enter once you paste into the console. Note: No message will confirm you have successfully bound the key. Simply close console and press the bound key to test to see if it works. The Basics Military Salute (Militärgruß) bind M "act salute; say /me snaps to attention and with the utmost respect performs a Militärgruß" A salute widely used around the globe by military and para-military units. Advanced (Optional) Thumbs Up/Approving Nod bind , "act agree" You will thumbs up and nod at the same time. Finger Wave/Unapproving Shake of the Head bind . "act disagree" You'll wave your finger and shake your head no. Wave bind [ "act wave; say /me waves" Your character waves. Halt! bind \ "act halt; say /me motions for a halt." Your character raises their hand sharply. Beckoning Over bind ] "act becon" Your character does a beckoning hand gesture. Group up! bind ' "act group; say /me motions for everyone to group up and reform!" Your character does a gesture telling everyone to get together.
