Hi ibby, I was the staff member that issued the PK. I've issued the PK on the PK Guidelines of Government PK Criteria 5: 5. Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK] I've been given 2 clips of the situation, one by the player who killed you and another who was involved. In both clips, it is clear that these players were chasing you down through the alleyways. Upon being cornered all 3 players aimed their weapons at you telling you to stop moving but you chose to climb the fence to escape while repeating the words "Don't do nathon", whatever that means. The main reason I deemed it valid is because you knew they were chasing you by hiding in the dark alleyway corner, then upon being discovered you ran for the fence. I do agree that the time they put you under fear rp is very short for you to respond but your repeating of the Nathan lines made me believe you were not taking the situation serious at all. I do support your character getting un-PKed, but that will ultimately be up to the UA member that reviews this appeal. Hi nugget, thank you for creating a PK Appeal. You were PKed because you initiated a gunfight with another player. I've been given 2 clips for this PK, one that shows the initial moments leading up to the gunfight and the other of the gunfight. In the first clip, both players were well outside the voice range so they could not hear your commands to halt. The first interaction they received was your initial gunfire with no opportunity to comply. As a result of this, they were entirely within their rights to defend themselves by returning fire which resulted in your death. Discharging a firearm at another player, regardless of round count or an intent to aim for the legs escalates the encounter to lethal combat. On the orders of Feldmarschall, Innenminister, Prime Minister, Konsul, President, Prinzregent, Kaiser [PK] You were accused with another person of robbing people in the mines. An Oberst in the army reported you to the feldmarshall, so he decided to order your execution. Looking at the logs of your Roger Polvernski char, I can see that you indeed have robbed someone of their platinum ores.

Hi planetdude10, thank you for creating a PK appeal. I was the staff member who issued the PK. Your character was PK'd because you pulled out your gun while you were under gunpoint by 2 players. You managed to gun down one of them but the other killed you, resulting in your character's death. This falls under the PK guideline: Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK] FearRP Rule 1 - While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK. -1 You need to be at least 16 to apply for staff. Additionally, is this discord you mentioned you moderate approved by staff? If not, you might be breaking Global Rule 5.

On second thought, I agree with MomsMom and BananaMan. During the duel you spoke OOC saying it wasn't fair that you were outed for something you didn't do. I understand your frustration with being the fall guy in your faction but the situation was still in-character & you used VC to speak in OOC in front of a large crowd. After reviewing some footage of the situation I think you need more time playing in the server to get used to the political dynamics that this server focuses on. My interactions with you were good overall. I think you would be a great member of the staff team after getting more experience in RP.
