I am not adding any Input for any preferred outcome but I see this a lot and just wish to Clarify, A Kangaroo Court is something that is an IC issue. Of course, there are Blantant ways where if they're trying to kill you without valid reason and using charges against you that don't apply or never happened that is another story, You can't die for something you didn't do or Cause BUT if a Person or organization wishes to rig a court in their favor its not against the guidelines and is ultimately and IC Roleplay issue. Beyond that just wished to clarify any confusion as both sides on that topic good luck.

Hi I was the Staff member that approved and oversaw this PK, I want to say firstly thank you for using the forums to your ability and making this PK appeal. To firstly start with the Kangaroo court aspect in roleplay members who attempt or end up in rigging courts is an IC issue and nothing beyond any use of power or metagame in those instances of them doing that can be punishable or reverted. The only case that something along that is breaking guidelines is if fabricated evidence is presented which was not mentioned whatsoever. On the topic of the Rule you brought up, I think the Context of it has confused you it states The punishment must fit the crime and you cannot be sentenced to death for MINOR offenses, meaning that you cannot be sentenced to death for something small, 5 NSB officers made a testimony on you committing a class 4 felony 4 times. The judge had the judgment to sentence you to death for these crimes that you were found guilty of. At the end of the day, the verdict of the judge is his judgment in most cases and not directly off the lawbook. Meaning that just because you're case doesn't meet the classifications of the law book on what you were charged doesn't mean it doesn't fit the crime.

Hey I was the staff member who approved this PK, I wanna thank you for using the forums and making an appeal. you were Pked on the grounds of breaking fear rp, while under active gunpoint you radioed into your guys stating people were detaining you. As this isn’t a written rule, but using your radio and stating to your Allies that you’re being detained while surrounded and under gunpoint is going to end in your death. This should be stated for all but its in my eyes common sense to some and others not.

Hi I was the staff member that Pked you and had gotten approval from gary to do so, I thank you for using on the forums and making this PK appeal. You were pked on the grounds of initiating a gunfight which is clearly shown in the clip you provided, you were blocking a doorway from a member incisively telling him to back up with your gun pointed at him while his was on safety. You then sporadically opened fire and were promptly gunned down for such action resulting in your PK. When I saw this clip without audio and asked for other angles with audio there was none given so I awaited UA approval I was told that it was RDM since not much context was given and I was instructed to demote you two ranks and note you. After bringing you to a sit and explaining the situation to you You gave your side and elaborated that he had a weapon on safety which wouldn't be viable for him to be put under fear rp. Gary after and overwatching and hearing that you initiated a gunfight and it wasn't RDM came out of no clip and Claimed what happened was viable for a PK which you fully saw and heard. After giving your perspective clip which reaffirms the fact you Failed to put someone under Fear rp and initiated a shootout and lost I myself and Gary whom I sent to Via DMS agreed on it being a PK which was stated to you and in hearing this you wished for multiple more opinions on a PK clear cut in nature. Dying after initiating a shoot-out You may argue that this is RDM or Failrp But UA and deemed it not such after you had explained and elborated that you attempted to put him under FearRP and decided to open fire.

Hello I was the staff member who approved this PK, I was brought to this situation and I was made aware of the whole basis of the PK by Thirdeye. To reaffirm a few things in relation to this entire PK and the comments in appeal to it, I first want to state that after reviewing clips from both ends and reading the responses it seems to me that a majority of this is accidental in the point of view of theoblivionist. You watched your fellow NSB member punch a civilian said member was carrying a PK out and punched the Civilian to death then shot near him knowing he had carried out a PK moments before said shots resulting in his death. (Which is the Clip I saw for approving this PK was the Staff view clip provided by the first post in this thread) By Guidelines nothing was in Violation per the PK Guideline of "Dying while carrying out a PK" and I understand the end of the Argument of this all being "Accidental" but I think you could say this is a case of Unknowing Ignorance in the fact you saw someone carry a PK out and then decided to shoot in his vicinity which could well knowingly get his character PKed and that it resulted in. On top of that aspect, Thirdeye did not Violate any part of the PK guidelines as he didn't approve any PK outside of his authorization level as the approval was through myself beyond that the Last resort aspect doesn't stand much ground in this case he was killed while carrying out a PK plain and simple. Beyond all that I stand that nothing in this situation Violated any part of the PK guidelines, I wish you the best with the appeal.

Hi, I was the staff member who looked over and oversaw your PK. I want to thank you for utilizing the forums and putting their purpose to use by making an appeal for your character. There are a few underlying issues that you missed in your appeal, and all will be pointed out in this response. Firstly, to clarify, you were sent the clip through and notified in regards to this PK. You used the screenshot from said clip. The full clip will be posted at the end of the reply to give insight as to why you were pked. In said clip, you discharge your weapon in an open crowd, which could possibly initiate a gunfight. You are then run over and rag-dolled by a car (said car wasn't attempting to VDM). In said situation, you're carried away by a member of the Heer and are laid to get up. Then you're put under gunpoint (he unsafety his gun a second after you look at him) and clearly given instructions to "not move." You back up and aim a weapon while under Fear RP, and your character is shot. You clearly violated Rule 5 in the Gov PK Guidelines, stating, "Being Killed while not Abiding by Fear Rp." You were under gunpoint and were given orders, and you pulled a weapon out. You may have been unaware, but clear orders were given to stop moving while you had a gun pointed at you clearly in your line of sight, and you pulled your weapon out. In your own words, "I had no time to react and only did what I thought was necessary with the amount of time I was up and alive." And what you did was in clear violation of the aforementioned rule 5. Hello I was the staff member who Pked you with approval alongside UA, I firstly wanna thank you for using the forums and utilizing it to make an appeal for this PK. There is evidence missing that can detail and show why this PK was valid and that will be linked at the end of my message. The reason you were Pked is because Fear RP was instilled in the roleplay situation and you disregarded it in a flee for your characters life. You were firstly surrounded by 4 members of NSB all 4 members had weapons on you and repeatedly were telling you that if you continued moving you would be shot. These members attempted to tie you and you had resisted by crouching and then you ran when the opportunity arose showing no value for your life. In the guidelines of Fear RP it states that “While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety.
