Accepted. The next time you have to leave during an RP situation just make a ticket to let staff know you got to leave. Staff will then handle the situation and arrange for the RP to be continued tomorrow or another time. Don't just leave the server out of nowhere without communicating to anyone that you got to leave because that is how you get yourself into situations like this.

Hello I was the staff member who issued this ban. The reasoning for your ban was because you randomly ordered for another member of the Feldjagers to shoot a civilian (which he followed) for "staff abusing" when the civilian was not even a member of staff. When you were brought to a sit after the civilian made a ticket about the situation you started freaking out claiming that there was someone staff abusing and teleporting people around and when we asked you if you had any evidence / clips we could look at you did not provide anything and you were just yelling and complaining and no one in the sit knew what you were talking about. Myself and Jakob tried to explain to you that we would look into this "staff abuse" claim after we were done talking about the report made about you. For this situation we tried to explain to you that you can't just take these situations into your own hands even if other players are breaking the rules and that you need to make a ticket and staff would handle the situation. You then refused to aknowledge anything myself or Jakob were trying to say to you about the server rules by constantly interrupting us both and you took absolutely zero accountability for breaking the rules then you started saying to me "You're not my teacher or Mentor" when I tried to educate you on the server rules and you also started insisting that you did not break any servers rules and that you should just be returned. Since you did not want to take any accountability at all for your breaking the rules I issued a ban. Initially I had zero intention to ban you for the report that was made on you and neither did Jakob we were there to educate you on the server rules and where you went wrong and that is exactly what we did with the Feldjager who actually shot the civilian and he actually took accountability for what he did and acknowledged what he did was wrong and he was then returned without any punishement at all. After we were done speaking to you we would have then looked into the report you made. When you also consider that you have four prior offences for RDM and one of them being earlier today a one day ban is a very very light punishment.

Denied. From the clip you provided it just shows you blantantly rdming the civilian inside the ICC. Read General rule 1: You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM you, and do not punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone. You did not even attempt to arrest the civilian, figure out who they were and why they were in the ICC and the civilian even stood still and was not posing a threat to you or anyone else at all yet you still just gunned him down which is just blatant RDM. You made no attempt to roleplay out the situation here so the ban will remain.

Denied. it was made very clear in your last ban appeal which was accepted on Sunday... that If you break any further rules your permanent ban will be reinstated. As you have further broken the rules in such a short amount of time your permanent ban is reinstated and you may appeal this no earlier than one month from now.

Denied. From the evidence provided it shows that you intentionally left the server to get yourself out of a roleplay situation so this ban will remain.

Denied. From the clip I was provided about this situation you very clearly chose not to abide by fear RP. You were held under gunpoint by two people and was told to stop moving and you were warned if you did move you were going to get shot and then you started punching them and then you were shot.

This ban has now expired but I would have accepted it as your apology seems genuine. For next time actually try and escalate the situation properly and figure out the context of the situation before making a decision such as shooting someone in the head without knowing whats actually going on.

From looking at the clip of the situation which led to you getting PK'd I do think that the players who were trying to arrest you were too quick to gun you down and did not try and escalate the situation properly as they just resorted to gunning you down when they could have very easily just arrested you as they heavily outnumbered you and were right next to you. Now to explain fear RP if you're held under gunpoint by another player that would mean you're under fear rp which would mean you must value your character’s life. This also means that you naturally do not want your character to die and you would comply with the demmands of the players who have you under fear RP. Now you can choose not to follow fear RP as it's not against the server rules but if you die while not following fear RP you will be subject to the PK guideline "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP" which would mean your character gets banned / PK'd. Denied. From the evidence I was provided this PK was justified. The PK guidelines you fell under was "on approval of UA+" and "being killed by another player due to causing severe harm or grief to their character".

Accepted. This ban will remain on your record. But for next time be more cautious when shooting at other players. You should not be shooting at other players or their vehicles if they are minging / breaking the server rules that's when you make a ticket and let staff handle the situation.

I was present as one of the NSB officers during this situation and during your questioning you were continuously stonewalling, speaking OOCly and repeatedly kept on giving the same answer when myself and other NSB officers were questioning and speaking with you. All you were saying was "I'm not signing anything" when we was actually trying to interrogate you which is you just stonewalling. You also in the middle of your questioning told us to "hold on" and you started talking about how you were speaking to your parents because they were giving you a $10,000 check...? After this happened I reached out to Donzoko so he could overwatch this situation as you were blantantly stonewalling and not taking the situation seriously. Donzoko then agreed to overwatch the situation and a few minutes into overwatching Donzoko saw that you were still stonewalling so Donzoko then intervened and spoke to you about Stonewalling and tried to very politely educate you and help you out so you could avoid the consequences for stonewalling. It's very clear as to why you were PK'd here firstly you were blantantly stonewalling and even after Donzoko said that you actually need to engage in roleplay and stop saying the same thing over and over again you just said "Well I'm not going to do anything and just waste your time". Then you openly admit to metagaming when you announced to everyone that "My friend who is a lawyer just told me to just be stoic and not sign anything" prior to you saying this you stated in LOOC "Hold on I'm in a VC". Then lastly you left the server to avoid this entire situation and the logs prove that you left the server on your own accord and that you didnt "have a power outage" as Donzoko said The logs stated you "disconnected by user", which usually means you Alt-F4d, or just disconnected from the server. If you had lost connection/power or had an error in GMod which kicked you out of the server or the game entirely, the logs would say you timed out. This was a very justified PK and there were three very good reasons as to why you were PK'd in this situation.

The reason for your ban was because when you were in the crowd for the Presidents Inauguration you were playing soundboards into your microphone which was distrupting the event. This was not you "rping" this was you very clearly being a minge during a server event.
