You were in the middle of a court trial and you left the server without letting anyone know you were having any issues. I checked the logs and saw that you left the server manually on your own accord. Regardless I'll accept this appeal and take your word for this situation. But for next time just communicate that you are having issues and that you have to relog.

In this situation there was a gun pointed at you as a member of the Marines attempted to arrest you and in response you decided to pull out your gun therefore you broke fear RP and as a result of you pulling out your gun out you were killed. You were PK'd under Government PK Criteria #5 "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]".

Denied. From looking at both perspectives of this situation, its clear that you were the one who shot first here. Therefore you initiated the gun fight. As a result of starting the shootout, you were also killed in the exchange. In this situation you fell under Government PK Criteria #7: "Dying after initating a shootout".
