Denied. Using your radio like that while you're under fear RP is very clearly breaking Fear RP. Therefore you fell under the PK guideline "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP".

Denied. You can resolve this in character since your character is not dead but sentenced to life in Prison so you are able to appeal your life sentence in the state discord.

For the majority of the situation you were very unserious / nonchalant saying things such as "Oh no I'm so scared you guys couldn't kill me if you wanted to" when you are tied up and blindfolded in in the cells of the highest policing power in the country with multiple agents surrounding you threatening your life. It was as if you were under the impression that there was no chance of you getting PK'd so you decided to not really engage in any actual roleplay that fitted the situation you were in. Then when you directly tell the NSB that you are going to report the them for the illegal activites they were engaging in whilst you were tied up in their cells with guns in your face.

From reviewing the clip provided August von Blüme was not officially placed under gunpoint / fear RP until 00:34 in the clip and then he was shot at 00:36 therefore giving two seconds to actually respond to fear RP. As stated in General Rule two: You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM you, and do not punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone. In this clip provided again August von Blüme was officially under fear rp for two seconds as a group of people chasing someone and telling someone to stop does not mean they are under fear RP until a weapon is pointed at them. There also was no attempt to make an arrest when it could have easily been done as the Feld just resorted to gunning him down.

While I completely understand that it is frustrating that these players were breaking the rules to steal your items that does not just give you the right to just leave the server in the middle of the situation. You don't just get to determine that "there was no RP situation to begin with, it was just minge." What you do for this situation is let a staff member verify that these players were breaking the rules when you make a ticket about the situation. What you should have done was clip the situation then made a ticket and let the staff member deal with the situation. You don't just take the situation into your own hands and leave. If you had made the ticket the players who broke the rules would have been punished and your items would have been returned to you and this entire situation would have been avoided. Now it was stated in your last permanent ban appeal which was accepted on Wednesday... that "due to your long list of past offenses any further serious infractions will result into the reinstatement of this permanent ban". Now I won't reinstate the permanent ban and I will give you one last chance here but now instead of "serious infractions" leading to your permanent ban to be reinstated all it will take is any infraction at all for your permanent ban to be reinstated.
