From looking at the clip of the situation which led to you getting PK'd I do think that the players who were trying to arrest you were too quick to gun you down and did not try and escalate the situation properly as they just resorted to gunning you down when they could have very easily just arrested you as they heavily outnumbered you and were right next to you. Now to explain fear RP if you're held under gunpoint by another player that would mean you're under fear rp which would mean you must value your character’s life. This also means that you naturally do not want your character to die and you would comply with the demmands of the players who have you under fear RP. Now you can choose not to follow fear RP as it's not against the server rules but if you die while not following fear RP you will be subject to the PK guideline "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP" which would mean your character gets banned / PK'd. I was present as one of the NSB officers during this situation and during your questioning you were continuously stonewalling, speaking OOCly and repeatedly kept on giving the same answer when myself and other NSB officers were questioning and speaking with you. All you were saying was "I'm not signing anything" when we was actually trying to interrogate you which is you just stonewalling. You also in the middle of your questioning told us to "hold on" and you started talking about how you were speaking to your parents because they were giving you a $10,000 check...? After this happened I reached out to Donzoko so he could overwatch this situation as you were blantantly stonewalling and not taking the situation seriously. Donzoko then agreed to overwatch the situation and a few minutes into overwatching Donzoko saw that you were still stonewalling so Donzoko then intervened and spoke to you about Stonewalling and tried to very politely educate you and help you out so you could avoid the consequences for stonewalling. It's very clear as to why you were PK'd here firstly you were blantantly stonewalling and even after Donzoko said that you actually need to engage in roleplay and stop saying the same thing over and over again you just said "Well I'm not going to do anything and just waste your time". Then you openly admit to metagaming when you announced to everyone that "My friend who is a lawyer just told me to just be stoic and not sign anything" prior to you saying this you stated in LOOC "Hold on I'm in a VC". Then lastly you left the server to avoid this entire situation and the logs prove that you left the server on your own accord and that you didnt "have a power outage" as Donzoko said The logs stated you "disconnected by user", which usually means you Alt-F4d, or just disconnected from the server. If you had lost connection/power or had an error in GMod which kicked you out of the server or the game entirely, the logs would say you timed out. This was a very justified PK and there were three very good reasons as to why you were PK'd in this situation.

The reason for your ban was because when you were in the crowd for the Presidents Inauguration you were playing soundboards into your microphone which was distrupting the event. This was not you "rping" this was you very clearly being a minge during a server event.

If you had just stood still and complied with the players holding you under fear RP this entire situation would have been avoided and your character would not have been PK'd.
