I PKed you because you were continuously dying while breaking FearRP and breaking NLR in the process repeatedly. You showed no regard for server rules, and were just being rather dumb while your superiors were trying to detain you.

This suggestion is far too vague. As far as I'm concerned, we're exactly where we should be in terms of opportunities for civilians. We have businesses, criminal organizations, and more. These sorts of things require people with the drive to see them through, which we encounter very rarely. I believe the issues in your suggestion have been addressed already.

Denied. You blatantly threatened the lives of several individuals under the Police President's command, which is an extremely foolish thing to do if you don't anticipate consequences. In addition, you alerted your fellow faction members when you were under FearRP, thus showing a lack of regard for your life.

While yes, the person who was PKed here did in fact break a PK guideline, and was rather stupid in the way he acted, I do not at all agree with the notion that you "don't need a reason to mug someone because that's the way it is in real life." There wasn't much thought put into the execution of whatever kind of roleplay this was, and I do not believe a PK was deserved. Nobody in this situation handled it appropriately. The mugger in this situation should've actually put some thought into his roleplay rather than pointlessly mugging someone inside their own headquarters, and the victim should've taken more precaution instead of breaking FearRP so blatantly.

I banned you because you were being blatantly stupid with your naming conventions. Shepherd told you to pick a name that made sense for 1942RP. I told you to pick an appropriate name or you'd be punished, and I even gave you an extra chance. This is far from your first infraction. You consistently make conscious decisions to be stupid.

Just because you're ignorant of a rule or guideline doesn't mean the consequences of not following it can't affect you. You rushed the situation, and were persistent about wanting to die. Denied.

Yes, that is actually how it works. Your previous offenses are taken into account when you are punished. You have been banned for this conduct before, and you've shown an inability to correct your actions. This appeal is denied.

The fact that it happened 'OOC' doesn't really change anything. You can't act like this and expect me not to ban you just because it's not happening on the server. You have some very obvious issues that you need to rectify before coming back to the community.
