If what you're asking for is to have scopes automatically given to a certain group, by a vendor or other means, that'll definitely never happen. Creating a division like this is entirely possible through roleplay.

What does this even mean? What armbands need fixing? None of the MOI models have armbands.

People can leave replies on ban appeals if the ban in question is permanent.

Go make a ban appeal if you feel you were wrongfully banned.

You also have zero say in which member of UA handles issues like this.

I've gone through and hid several posts that add nothing to the appeal. For those viewing, don't leave comments unless you're directly involved in the PK or the situation surrounding. If you were involved, state how you were involved.

You do not get to 're-appeal' if a UA member denies your original appeal. Do this again, and you will be banned from the forums.
