While I'm not entirely convinced that you weren't intending to break NLR here, you technically did not break NLR because the second car accident was technically sufficient reason for your actions. That said, I can see from Cravfe's point of view why this would look like an NLR break. I'll be closing this.

I PKed you because you were continuously dying while breaking FearRP and breaking NLR in the process repeatedly. You showed no regard for server rules, and were just being rather dumb while your superiors were trying to detain you.

This suggestion is far too vague. As far as I'm concerned, we're exactly where we should be in terms of opportunities for civilians. We have businesses, criminal organizations, and more. These sorts of things require people with the drive to see them through, which we encounter very rarely. I believe the issues in your suggestion have been addressed already.
