No. We leave these sorts of things to in-game factions. Businesses are also not centric to the main purpose of the server, rather they're just 'complimentary content'; an extra thing players can take part in when not participating in government/military roleplay. I do not foresee us as UA heavily altering the business process beyond what it currently is, and I can almost guarantee you we'll never be adding that "Door F2" feature you mentioned.

Denied. Nobody is responsible for his 'OOC feelings' besides him. Taking something personal isn't an excuse to start a gunfight and be immune from the consequences. Also, I don't think you know how the whole "last resort" thing works...

This isn't how PKs work. You don't just get to apologize for something to get unPKed. You didn't break a rule, it's an IC consequence for an IC action.

Yes, I PK'ed your character for causing a massive gunfight. I was unable to find anything indicating someone gave you an order to do so. Even if that's the case, you were heavily outnumbered, and had no business opening fire. You took a massive risk, and lost.

I'll be denying this. You claim in your appeal that you just invited "a few" friends to this server. After taking a look through the server you're inviting people to, it's quite obvious to me that you're not at all apologetic about doing so, even going so far as to state you invited up to 15. You may submit another appeal in no less than 3 months. If and when you choose to re-appeal, make sure you don't lie.

You were shot for intervening in a detainment, with an incomplete grasp of the situation. While typically we ask for more caution and less gunplay during situations like this, Ryan's character being PK'ed is enough, especially in light of the roleplay circumstances. It was an illegal detainment by a collaborating group that you weren't initially privy to. I do not see a need for further action here.
