However... you're not actually a General Officer, you're a Colonel, according to everything else besides your character. But that doesn't make sense? Why would you have colonel roles if your character was a General in-game? Oh.. Wait... You've been on the server only one other time in the last 10 days. Why the fuck do you think you're entitled to your character after being so inactive? Your inactivity as a general alone is more than enough grounds to have you shot. You didn't post any sort of notice. Whether you're a GO or a senior CO, if maintaining that rank is something you want, you have a responsibility to be active and contribute to your faction's roleplay. In fact, the last comment you made was about 9 days ago. And the reason I came in and PKed you immediately without having a conversation with you is that you were being an absolute sniveling retard towards @Donzoko No Ryuand other members of staff. Your claim that it's not "written down" that NLR doesn't matter during times of civil war is moot. This is how it's been on the server for years. There are several witness statements, some of whom signed by your direct subordinates, implicating you in several activities which would warrant a PK. You do not get to talk to us however you want and expect us to give you favor. The reason you were PKed as quickly as you were was because of your incompetence, your inactivity, and your attitude, which have also led you to being rank-locked to Hauptmann-equivalent until December 12th, 2024, and permanently restricted from holding any Roleplay Importance/General Officer rank on a permanent basis.

Accepted. After reading the trial report, it's obvious to me that there wasn't really any effort put into the PK. I see a court report with stacked charges and a court summary of 3 words (fucking ridiculous), an ideology test, and a witness statement. I see a plethora of charges on this court report with absolutely zero evidence or testimony logged anywhere to support them. If you want to have a corrupt trial, that's fine. If you want that corrupt trial to end in a PK, that's fine. But shitty court reports with no evidence and clearly stacked charges are not the way to do it.

You were openly disrespecting a member of national high command in front of the public, which is NOT legal. While this PK may not have been a 'last resort', you are among the lowest ranks on the server. Your behavior in the scene surrounding your PK did not warrant an actual trial or investigation. Ranks have meaning, and a Private openly disrespecting a General, in a setting where political power moves are everything, is practically suicide. This appeal is denied.

A few points. Coffee is a member of Upper Administration, and is permitted to issue punishments for situations he is a part of. Do not try to frame you placing toilet props outside a business is some 'RP skit'. It's you being a minge. Don't try and lie about that. The clip you provided and the explanation of the situation are completely at odds with eachother. Your clip doesn't show nearly enough context, and doesn't show Coffee doing anything inherently wrong based on whatever little context it does provide. Staff reports require much more evidence than this. This ban will remain on your record, and this complaint is denied in its entirety.
