Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I don't, I've rage quit NHC positions more times that I can count and that causes issues. All I can say is that I'd never do NHC again (not that I'd be allowed to anyway), when you're working 50 hour weeks, and are a university student the stress builds up, not that it's an excuse for me rage quitting of course. I just want to come on the server every now and then, write some docs and RP at a low rank, I've long figured out that I do not have the time to be a General / NHC on this server and will not even entertain becoming one again if I am given a chance to come back to the server. I'd genuinely love to see how MITHC pans out as I had been looking forward to seeing it for months. Additional Information: No grudges, even if this appeal gets denied. It is now permanent because you attempted to evade the ban using an alternate account which violates Global Rule #11. A violation of our global rules is considerably more serious than a couple cases of RDM.

The uniforms are simple and snazzy and the green on green is to die for, 2nd the job of lapo is to up hold law and order in Berlin as we are the best police force in all of the empire, and lastly reform in the landespolizei we are reformed and more of a hands on militarized police force.

the drug prices change every 3 hours to a diffrent price as the brick costs 7.5k and 3k for the drug processor its 10.5k to make your first brick where you wont get profit after like the sixth time you will be in a profit at 1k but the prices go from 500-550-600-650-700-750-800-850-900 from 800 onwords you will make profit but under 750 you lose money unless you hold on to the drug untill theyre above 800 but drugs are the best way to gain money in a 3 hour period i think the staff them should lower the cocaine brick by 500dm as then you have a 39% ROI in making drugs as they are very illegal to make and you might get kidnapped by people for your drugs but every change in drug prices there is a 27% chance that it is 900 for 6 hours staright dont ask how i know ( i might have spend like 200 hours making drugs on the server ) but if you have friend your chances of making more money up my 38.4% and the security risk goes down by 19.3% so good luck making drugs

I haven't played in a long time, definitely a year, maybe 2. I bought a drug processor and a brick of cocaine, processed it, and when I sold the coke, I made no profit. I essentially just lost out on 3,000 DM from buying the processor. It's worth mentioning, this was at like 5AM CST. Do drug prices fluctuate throughout the day so you can't grind when no one is on anymore? Or is there just no point in grinding drugs to make money now?

I mean chairs are supposed to be broken, hence when someone like @GenWolfsits down it breaks.

SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:514681195 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): the_noobybg Explain why you were PK'd: The National Security Bureau went to the ICC with a Protective Custody Order, they were asked to rewrite it due to the invalid data provided, and when they came back and submitted it a second time, two generals decided to physically block the door from closing and the Generalinspektor of the GSD entered the base and decided to arrest a member of the MGD. Feldjagers and I pointed our weapons at him and subjected him to FearRP, but he continued to disobey our orders, so we shot him. At that point a gunfight broke out and I was killed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The supervision of the PK was not adequate and the PK was invalid because following the directives: Administrator | Administrator+ oversight - All Government PKs (Except for RPI) The Director of Military Intelligence is considered RPI so the staff member who conducted the PK was not sufficiently qualified to oversee the situation. Additional Information: Upper Administration wasn't involved at all during the PK.

Since then a lot of times changed, they changed for the better. I have also decided to give Gmod another try. I also got reminded of the good times I have had on here ever since I got banned. After further review by the UA Team, the Prätor can be heard giving the order to "shoot him" (the Konsul) multiple times. While the Konsul was heavily outnumbered, and shooting him resulted in a massacre that decimated the roleplay situation, the blame will not be held to you for following this order. Please be mindful going forward that following orders like this should not be followed blindly. We understand that tensions were high, but realistically the Konsul was not going anywhere.
