Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team? [300 words or more]: Not only do I feel like I would be a great fit, but I want to contribute to the server and comunity. I am the guy for the Staff Team at Prometheus Networks. So I promise I won't do anything like that. I've had experience on roleplay servers before, and I know how unhelpful staff can be and how they can overtake something way too seriously. I am very good at dealing with other people and I'm usually very calm when there is an argument going on. I would try to listen to both sides of the story rather than just assume someone is right. I would also try to not punish someone just because I didn't like them and because they annoyed me. I would look at what actually happened then go from there. i also know im not gonna be perfect. And so I know that I'm not going to be perfect and if I mess up and someone comes to me and tells me I did something wrong then I'm willing to listen and fix it. I'd rather learn how to do it right than argue about it. And I'm willing to learn how everything works on the server because every server has different rules and things. mostly i just want to be staff because i enjoy being apart of rp comunities and i like helping people when i can. i want people to be able to come to me if they have a problem without feeling like they’re gonna get ignored. Mainly I just want to be a staff member because I like to be a part of an rp community and I like to help people when I can, I want people to feel comfortable coming to me if they have an issue and feel like it will be resolved in a timely manner, and I'll try to be active and help when I can, and I will do my best to make sure that everyone is having fun on the server. I don't think that I am the perfect person but I think I could be a good addition to the staff team. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a I would say that the main job of an ingame moderator is to keep the server under control and making sure everyone follows the rules. In that you should do stuff like RDM, VDM, FailRP, Prop Abuse, or anything that breaks other peoples RP. If someone is breaking a rule I would read through what they were doing then have a conversation with them if needed before taking action. A big part of the job is helping people that have questions or problems. Sometimes people don't know the rules or maybe you don't know how something works, being approachable is important I think. I also think a moderator should be fair and not give out punishments because they don't like someone. The moderators should also be watching the server and responding to reports when they can. They should know the rules and be active, as well as working with the staff team. Personally, all I really had to do for this job was keep the server fun and make sure people were actually having fun with the RPing without people repeatedly breaking rules.

Good morning, I am the staff member who applied the ban. I banned you after you drove into a crowd of people outside the ICC. While you were initially pushed by another vehicle, it only changed your direction. It did not move you forwards at all. You then accelerated, into the crowd. If it weren't for the other vehicle, you accelerating would've still hit the crowd of people. As for LTAP, after I deleted your vehicle you vanished suddenly a few seconds later which led me to believe you left the server. Looking back at logs, it appears that a second staff member who saw what you did brought you to a sit, resulting in you disappearing and giving me the impression you had left the server. You are correct in that you did not leave the server. The length of your ban was influenced by your previous bans, both of which are for VDM. You had just come off of a ban for mass VDM, and it appears you have a cyclic habit of joining the server, running people over, getting banned, rinse and repeat. Given that you did not leave the server, I'm open to seeing this ban reduced somewhat. You do regardless have this bad habit, and it's just going to keep getting you banned as long as it continues.

NO Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I want to help newer players understand the structure of the server and how it works and get them to at least try to roleplay within the server instead of just ban speed running every time they log onto the server because they don’t understand the rules and expectations or the structure of it, I want to join the staff team because I want to contribute to the community and the staff team and help to answer tickets so the role play won't be interrupted and the people don’t get upset because tickets take too long. I believe that I have high and professional standards not only because that I’ve been playing the server for a decent amount of time but also because I my job in real life and my experiences, I feel that this may only be a benefit for the community and staff team.I’m also very confident regarding the rules I have read them and have a good understanding of them, I feel very confident in enforcing them but not to punish players but more to help them to understand what they’ve done wrong and what they can do in the future to not breach them again and to help the overall to understand the rules. Numerous verbal commands were given by the players who surrounded you with their guns out, they were clear and patient with you. Hi, you were PK'd for breaking FearRP. Firstly, having a gun out off safety doesn't exempt you from FearRP, you had multiple individuals chasing you down attempting to detain you. Although one of them did technically shoot first, you still decided to challenge 5+ individuals with guns showing you had no value for your life resulting in your PK. Clip

I am always willing to hear both sides of a situation and gather the appropriate facts, I also understand that as a staff member you must take a fair approach to staffing not letting personal opinions or friendships cloud the decisions made. I believe I would adapt and quickly learn how to staff within the community. I am willing to take advice and feedback from more experienced staff members.
