To answer your questions in my very own solid opinion: 1. The MOI has enough room within their courtyard to utilize as a helipad. I've tested it out on the map and successfully landed the chopper right beside that large area by the gate. The MOI and Luftwaffe should have an ATC frequency controlled by the neutral Aviation Ministry as a mediator between aerospace feuds and regulation between the two. The other option is both factions sharing the airfield with each other. 2. Seeing as people love to make up random companies and units a lot within the game itself, the MOI's SL (being the military faction they are) can have a limited company/unit of men dedicated to aviation maintenance/flying in general. Although I think having civilian contractors is a great idea, I think it'd be strainful to get it up and going seeing as getting a contract done on the server is hard enough. 3. Thankfully, there's an oil company in town! (You know who ;)) Even then without an oil company, the MOI would have to work with the Ministry of Aviation as its own neutral state organization to utilize the airfield for fuel/maintenance and parts. What I believe is in order is an agreement between the MOA, MOI and the MOW to use the airfield jointly. (I know. Joint Airfield? I have to share with them? Blekh! Suck it up buttercup, you get cool helicopters so get along) But these are my answers to your questions. I know why I was banned. I fully accept that I deserved, it. And after just under a month I take responsibility for my actions and the punishment/ban that came with them. I have learned from my mistake and I would love to show that I have changed. I am ready to follow the rules and be an positive member/roleplayer of the server. +1 I personally like this idea on having helicopters in the city. there have been countless times where people have experimented and made aircraft such as helicopters and planes as well as other vehicles such as tanks. It would also give the Luftwaffe more things to do as well instead of just guarding important meetings or High up officials inside the government factions. I also like the idea of mechanics and technicians as well. It would give the civilians more jobs to do and they could be contractors and or enlisted men can do it as well ands work on these vehicles and help maintain them and put fuel in them etc. But if those roles were to be put in there would also have to be a mechanic or a feature that allows it to run out of fuel and be able to receive fuel as well and only specifically at the airfield and be able to take damage and have a tool mechanic or feature to allow those certain players to be able to actually repair it and make those proposed jobs useful. I like the fact that only certain officers should be able to fly it and should be cleared and have certain training for it and those designated people be whitelisted for it to prevent minges and other people from just taking it and flying it and end up crashing it and ruining RP situations and etc. Historically in WWII Germany did have a prototype of a helicopter that was being built and tested. But I think it should be implemented as the ministry of science would be creating and testing it and have prototypes instead of just having it immediately implemented into the server and into the government/ MOI factions. It would also provide a good opportunity for faction raids and certain RP scenarios that it would make things interesting. There is a couple questions I have though. Since the airfield is technically part of the military faction and owned by the luftwaffe how would the moi factions be able to gain access to their own helicopters and not have to use the airfield to be able to spawn it and get into it to fly and not end up getting detained by the Luftwaffe or any other military faction for trespassing on military property? What new roles would be added to the MOI for mechanics and techs? civilian contractors or actual MOI personnel? Where would the MOI go to get fuel and "parts" to be able to fix the helicopters if they were to get the helicopters if this was implemented?

No, I don't believe this whatsoever. HE said " Oh yea Whoreson is and I would not care to tell it to his face " continuing to say he thought multiple staff were and lots of players. You may have confused what I mentioned for an accusation. If I am correct I said : What about Major Whoreson always putting "PEDO" has a reason to his bans what does this mean? Which he responded that YOU were one and projected through bans, and from there it went off the rail and I stopped talking or barely spoke. Didn't even know the guy but he told some spanish kids "Call me daddy" and as soon as I remember him saying that shit + all the other pedo accusations out of pocket is when I realised something was wrong with him and spectated his last moments. Like I mentioned Gregorius was there and if I did go too far on my comments I dont remember them exactly but nobody was called a PEDOPHILE by myself. When I said : what about whoreson calling others pedo when banning them or in RP in general when he hates someone, this was not an accusation, I wanted to see what he believed from Prometheus and then he just confronted Gregorius after that and got banned. If I thought you were a pedo YES I would not want to play on this server OBVIOUSLY but this isn't the case from me. What might have been a misunderstanding ended up in a perma ban and of course I love the LARP even though I play as a civilian most of the time and have fun.

Why would you want to play on the server owned by someone who you think is a pedo? Doesn't seem like your principles are very strong. You sat there breathing life into the main instigators nonsense.

That's simply not true, I did not arrest or apprehend any duke whatsoever if this is true may I see some evidence because as far as I'm concerned it simply did not happen. I did not participate in the arrest at all so I do not understand how this is a valid PK when I was simply observing in the cell block. momsmom in this thread has just admitted that it was him who carried this out, you are now changing the goal posts from it being me who arrested you to me now somehow arresting a duke? It feels as though you are trying to find any excuse and even make things up to just to make this PK valid. As I've said I'd love to see some evidence of me doing any of this.

Gregorius was there the whole time, I dont get how I get tangled in this when I was spectating the whole thing, The other dude definitely had a mental breakdown and pedo vibes. He followed me and wanted approval for whatever he was concocting. I didn't follow his weird ideas. If any comment I made pissed someone off I just wanted the guy to leave me alone and cry to someone else. Gregorius may be able to testify of whatever I was doing or said. He asked me if I knew him and of course I dont, then he banned him for 3 days. Before my ban I guess he banned him too with the same comment (PRIME) but wtf did I do

Hi notquitepig, I was the staff member that issued the PK. You guys were on the Reichstag roof when I took the ticket. The CDKK, who is a member of National High Command (NHC) identified you as one of the men who was involved in tying him up, so he ordered your death. Perchance and Swisher have given the content to the situation that led up to your death.

Adding on to what Perchance and Momsmom said, I spoke to Hound who knew a bit more on the situation. You carried out a command which ended up having repercussions ICly, and the PK complied with all the guidelines. The CdKK found out it was you who directly contributed, and was able to punish you for placing him in cuffs. For context, yes, Momsmom's character was PKed, but there were several people contributing to the arrest of Perchance and Leo, all of which could've faced punishment.

I arrested you because I vividly remember a bald model with an MOI 4 year being the one who pointed a gun at me and dragged me out which fits you to a bill. The entire Landespolizei was being retarded and not just MomsMom. I was tied and up and you also tied up Leo for taking a photo who is a Duke. What did you expect to happen? If some Major pointed a gun at Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand when he isn’t in Sarajevo what do you think would happen? You can’t just claim orders are orders, it’s not a valid excuse. As a Major, you are a senior member of the Police, most likely even command. You have been around NHC before and know that when they get put in cuffs, it’s not going to be a good day for anyone involved. If this gets overturned, I implore you to contextualize situations more. If I do this action, what could the consequences be. Blindly following orders really only works for the lower enlisted, but you are an officer. You are expected to make the plans, and have critical thinking. Just food for thought.

It appears that you were PKed by Administrator isaiahwoods. The information regarding my PK is correct. I was the "UA FUCKER", killed for tying up the CDKK after he refused to leave the cell block. I, like any other player, was roleplaying that day as LAPO. I take full responsibility and was ultimately killed for the in character actions. Lets get all of the information on the approval of a NHC PK from Perchance and Isaiah. If these are the only reason then it was probably a misunderstanding or mistaken identity.

Character's name & rank: Gideon Muskberg SteamID STEAM_0:1:578060922 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Explain why you were PK'd: One day before I was PK'd a Polizeiinspektor under the user "Momsmom" detained a CDKK guard at the courthouse and brought them to the LAPO cells. Once the CDKK arrived to ask the Polizeiinspektor what happened, the Polizeiinspektor told the CDKK to move away from the cells or be detained. The CDKK did not do so and were then detained by the Polizeiinspektor and was dragged out of the LAPO station. The CDKK guard was then dragged to the interrogation room by the Polizeiinspektor. Once NSB arrived they promptly arrested the Inspektor he was then PK'd by NSB. This all happened on the 27th of August. Then, one day later on the 28th I was at the bank collecting my paycheck on patrol with LAPO when I was promptly arrested on orders of the CDKK for allegedly being the Inspektor who arrested the CDKK, of which I was not. I was present in the cells and other LAPO could testify to this even the ChiefInspektor I was simply observing. I explained to them that I was not infact the Polizeiinspektor who did this, but they did not listen. I was then shot and PK'd on the roof of the Reichstag without a trial or official verdict. Why should you be un-PK'd?: It was not me, I was just doing my job as on a patrol when I was picked up and sentenced to death with no explanation. Those who arrested me also did this without checking If i was the correct person or reading into me stating that I was not infact the Inspektor. Description of the idea: Hello, Prometheus. I would like to suggest an LVS helicopter mod that is safe and tested within the Berlin map! Why should this be added?: This helicopter mod could add an entirely new aspect to the Luftwaffe/aviation roleplay in general! Here are some bulletins of pro's of adding this wonderful mod to the server: The mod enhances roleplay and would make the Luftwaffe a viable faction with actual aerial vehicles instead of the duct tape aircraft floaties everyone tries to build. The mod can be utilized as an escort vehicle for command staff for events and there could be fleets to fill the skies The Air Traffic Control tower would finally have a use in directing Berlin air traffic and the Ministry of Aviation would finally have a paperwork and administrative control over the aircraft actually within the city! The aircraft can hold up to 10 people and can be utilized for paratroopers/divers (helldiver moments) for military training exercises The aircraft can fly almost ANYWHERE and fits at a perfect level within the skybox. It also has easy controls for flying and landing The mod is time period accurate and would be an awesome intro to actual aviation on the server Increases job (i.e. Luftwaffe mechanics and technicians) What negatives could this have?: Of course with all good things that can be ruined, there are cons: During a civil war, the military would have a massive advantage over the MOI with this kind of aircraft Minges and other people who are not of the Luftwaffe or authorized to fly could steal the aircraft and crash it around the city One area (the train track checkpoint) does not have a high enough skybox or enough room to fly over The helicopter if not controlled properly or flown by the right people can crash anywhere in the city or forest The helicopter does not stop when it goes inside water (a simple script should fix this just as you have the cars) Brand new enlisted men trying to steal the aircraft itself as well Additional information: Please do watch the showcase and let me know what you think!: BUT also suggestions for fixing the cons: Give the MOI an aviation wing either within the SL or the Landespolizei (it'd make sense as the police can use these choppers for patrols or the SL can use them for SL drills and operations) Helicopter vehicles should be on a whitelist which means only certain players may hop inside the aircraft. For example: joeschmo (steam ID) whitelisted for a helicopter vehicle. It is also more accurate that only officers should be flying the aircraft too, limiting the amount of people even able to use the aircraft. Train track checkpoint should be designated as a no-fly area The helicopter should be heavily controlled by officers only. As I've said it is more accurate and it will limit the number of people flying the actual aircraft. The helicopter should be scripted to blow up when in the water just like the other vehicles on the server Brand new people should work their way up to an officer to specialize in being a pilot.
