Why should you be un-PK'd?: During the pk during my POV, guns were not raised up against me nor clear commands were made, it was pitch black and I did not see anyone have raised weapons, on top of this the stutter from in-game I didn't hear them when they said hands from their POV which even then again it was pitch black I saw not a single person and this is prevalent even in the aggressors POV where you see pitch black as well, it was only until the fence I realised I was being put under fearrp, in which I stopped at the top of the fence but I was probably given a time frame of like 1.5-2 seconds to respond till they started blasting me. I was told that apparently "I jumped over the fence and they shot me through it." and that was the main reason why it got approved. I stopped at the top of the fence, thats why I paused but the ladder is really dodgy and odd and will just randomly propel you when pressing w, on top of this I was getting blasted with 3 guns and the knockback from that also pushed me back, I wouldve fully complied if I was even given the time to respond which ironically enough I would say like 10 minutes later after this interaction, I had gotten fear rpd and mugged dry by a similar civilian gang. My main point is that fear rp was only in effect during the scene within the fence and I would say I was given like 1.5 seconds to respond in which I did just at the very last second as you see me pause in the clip before I get blasted with 3 guns and im knocked back outside of the fence and my body ends up on the other side, not that I "jumped over the fence". I have been in prom for a year now, and in my playtime, it has been the most enjoyable larp Ive done in any area of larp ever, so each time Im permed, I always think I wont ever want to come back, then a few weeks or months later, I get the itch. You need to make sure to DM a staff member on discord when something like that happens so you don't get banned. They can only assume it was LTARP from that point. Armor Upgrades (20%–100%) Do these upgrades primarily improve a vehicle's durability against collisions and general wear, reducing the frequency of repairs, or do they also provide protection against gunfire? For example: Does upgrading the armor improve the vehicle's resistance to bullets? Does it provide additional ballistic protection for occupants while driving? Can the vehicle offer effective cover during a firefight, particularly when taking cover behind it? 2. Engine, Suspension, and Other Upgrades Would it also be possible to receive a general breakdown of the remaining vehicle upgrades and their benefits? Specifically, I'm interested in understanding the actual performance improvements, ideally expressed as percentages where applicable. For instance, how much does an engine upgrade improve acceleration or top speed? What measurable benefits does upgrading the suspension provide? 3. meem, I couldn't care less about trying to force you to do anything. I wanted to know if you would finally let me buy my license, you called me a pedophile and ran into the ABI. Then I asked why you're doing that over staff chat, you teleported and* shot me, and I said I still didn't understand what I did to deserve that treatment. That time, you teleported to me and flung my car multiple times to kill me. I tried to ask why you actually shot me in the first place, and you blocked me. Effectively, I have no chance as a civilian across any character to get a gun license, and no chance across any character to get any kind of license or property lease, until you either get over yourself (by miracle of god) or you get swapped out of comptroller. You as a staff member should not put anyone in that position unduly, but without even regard to that, you STILL staff abused here.

It's very clear you're not going to figure out that people don't like talking to you, and that trying to "force" them to by following them around is pathetic. I'm not going to waste any more time responding to these pleas for attention. I'm sure UA will deliver their judgment shortly.

P.S. I never sent any individual after you to talk to you for me, I actually did put out a literal bounty just to find you and get my license faster because I wanted that license as soon as possible, in fact today I came to my business completely ransacked and the lockers broken open, meaning whatever was valuable enough to keep in was probably taken. The containers were also lockpicked. This wasn't a means of harassment at all, especially when I'm not aware you don't want to talk at all, nor would I have a reason to believe it either. I wanted money, I wanted to make money, roleplay as a business owner and lawful gun owner so I could safely run a business, and for whatever reason you totally disagreed with that idea.

You didn't chastise me though, you literally shot me. You asked me what kind of retardation I had, then shot me. I next said in @ "I legitimately don't know what I did wrong", then you took my ticket, and more than likely, YOU, used the ticket's quick buttons to goto, then fling me around in my car and blow me up, instead of actually promptly explain what I might have done that you felt the need to not talk to me at all. You addressed me as Codda in character. Not a big deal, except that in tandem with everything else you did, you kept Codda, my discord, as the name in mind when you decided to say I, Codda, am specifically barred from ever getting a gun license. That's an out of character punishment, used ICly, for literally no reason. You not wanting to talk to me, is very easy to express, but when you DON'T talk, it implies I did something worse than catch you in a bad mood. Hello Lionking, you were PKed for 2 reasons: the initial involement of yourself in this mugging event with the two VSK soldiers, and for your words afterward, as you specifically told him you were going to get a gun and kill him. You gambled your life to save that guy and failed. I also have a clip of the situation, and your friend told you to quick-draw, and, of course, the VSK soldier shot you down. Your language on your return to the situation was also rude, not needed, and gave the VSK member a reason to kill you as you threatened to kill him once you got a gun. In these situations, lionking, if you are gunned down like that, I would implore you to not go back to the situation to threaten or belittle the man that already gunned you down. I chose to bring you and chastise you after you had repeatedly harassed me, both via discord and in-game, attempting to speak to me. You even went to the length of having someone else message me about it, and repeatedly following me around. I brought you to chastise you about making tickets which are unnecessary and a continued form of this harassment, and shot you when you chose to continue to justify it. It is remarkably scummy of you to engage in this sort of targeted harassment of a player, who obviously does not want to speak to you, and then instead of taking the hint you make tickets, exposing the matter to the staff team to embarrass me, and then make this report which consists of nothing more than your hurt feelings. Then UA can check that, easily, and see that I was not the person who interacted with your car. As seen in the clip above, I was speaking to Jimmy and Asunder at the time; getting on my staff character and flying all the way to you, flinging your car, and returning to Jimmy and Asunder would've been a waste of time on someone like you. Take a hint, develop some social skills, and realize when people don't want to talk to you rather than engaging in a consistent and concerted harassment campaign.

I tried to open the front door however my keys weren't working. Senior Officer Johnny Ryder saw me try open the door and asked me what I was doing there, I told him I had keys to the door yet the door wasnt working and he detained me for questioning believing i had trespassed. He brought me to the interrogation room, saying I had only been detained and when I had stayed silent as he was "interrogating" me he said he would just take me down to the cells. I was sat in the cell for rougly around 10 minutes with only the officer coming to search me once, where after a few minutes I got sentenced for 5.1.1 without anything even being said to me. It is to my understanding that my options are plea deal or court and I cannot just be sentenced for a crime at the whim of an officer just wanting to charge me for it. When i made a staff ticket about this, the officer himself on his staff character took the ticket and ignored it, not making any attempt to speak to me about my report. I then had to make a second ticket to which he took it and teleported me up to the sit area. sharkbait claimed that he charged me for trespassing simply because he believed I was not roleplaying with him due to me not answering his questions in the interrogation room. This seems completely wrong and unfair by forcing me into a charge without giving me the necessary legal proceedings.

P.S. I'm almost certain physgun related damage is recorded in logs. At least in most sandbox servers I play.

meem, let me make this clear; None of what I did was to try and embarrass you, none of what I wanted was to be an ass. I legitimately just wanted to buy my gun license, extend my lease and get a fishing license too. I needed the comptroller for three days because my business kept getting raided by random civilians with guns and lockpicks. All because I use my warehouse, and had exactly one employee so far. That was the IC incentive, and even then, I reached out to you a total of three times regarding the gun license, over two days, no response on any single one of them. You are THE ONLY PERSON that I can go to for any of this, and now you've blocked me for trying to go to you for any of this. You quite literally said no to me trying to get a gun license, for trying to get a gun license. But that's all IC. Here's the bigger issue, and probably the only material one; you used your staff powers to, instead of actually talk to me like another person just trying to play the server; teleport and shoot me, then fling my car when I ask what I did wrong.

As I said before, I didn't "ravage" your car and kill you. As you know, you are pretty unpopular. It's clear someone else saw your tickets, which were not deserving in any way of staff intervention and were an obvious attempt to embarrass me in front of the staff team, and decided to throw you around because they have a similar experience of annoyance with you. While I cannot condone it, I understand it. I took your ticket because it was addressed directly to me, by name. I am not obliged to "address the situation" when no such situation exists, the staff team is not your personal venting tool. Making tickets because you're upset someone ignored you is like crying to a cop that a stripper didn't wanna kiss you. Please be less pathetic in future.
