You cannot rescind a staff report over wanting to do business IC, if the staff member broke rules then that's a separate thing pic unrelated

I and meem have had a civil conversation, and he insisted multiple times that integrally, I shouldn't rescind this report because of an IC instance of us getting along, but honestly, the fact that I could do business that I really needed to, and that today we didn't have issues at all, I think it stands for what I wanted to change with this report. Hereby, I rescind my complaint. meem has proven that he is absolutely capable and willing to RP in a way that allows me, despite his qualms, to do as I would with any other member of IC importance, and that he wouldn't, as staff, be integrally inclined to abuse his powers against me, IC or OOC. We have come to an understanding.

Hi ibby, I was the staff member that issued the PK. I've issued the PK on the PK Guidelines of Government PK Criteria 5: 5. Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK] I've been given 2 clips of the situation, one by the player who killed you and another who was involved. In both clips, it is clear that these players were chasing you down through the alleyways. Upon being cornered all 3 players aimed their weapons at you telling you to stop moving but you chose to climb the fence to escape while repeating the words "Don't do nathon", whatever that means. The main reason I deemed it valid is because you knew they were chasing you by hiding in the dark alleyway corner, then upon being discovered you ran for the fence. I do agree that the time they put you under fear rp is very short for you to respond but your repeating of the Nathan lines made me believe you were not taking the situation serious at all. I do support your character getting un-PKed, but that will ultimately be up to the UA member that reviews this appeal. The thing is, you pulled a gun out towards someone who already had his own gun AIMED AT ONE OF HIS NCOS. While you were trying to make a joke, you did say "I am joking" the second you got your head blown off your shoulders, therefore you can't really blame him for doing that. I would have done the exact same thing too if someone pulled a gun on me from the back and already had my own gun off safety. While you could void that and carry on without any PK consequences, you went a step further, insulting and THREATENING the same man that opened fire on you seconds ago without much thought, completely failing to read the situation. What did you expect to happen? Let you go and get a gun so you can have your revenge? Absolutely not.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: During the pk during my POV, guns were not raised up against me nor clear commands were made, it was pitch black and I did not see anyone have raised weapons, on top of this the stutter from in-game I didn't hear them when they said hands from their POV which even then again it was pitch black I saw not a single person and this is prevalent even in the aggressors POV where you see pitch black as well, it was only until the fence I realised I was being put under fearrp, in which I stopped at the top of the fence but I was probably given a time frame of like 1.5-2 seconds to respond till they started blasting me. I was told that apparently "I jumped over the fence and they shot me through it." and that was the main reason why it got approved. I stopped at the top of the fence, thats why I paused but the ladder is really dodgy and odd and will just randomly propel you when pressing w, on top of this I was getting blasted with 3 guns and the knockback from that also pushed me back, I wouldve fully complied if I was even given the time to respond which ironically enough I would say like 10 minutes later after this interaction, I had gotten fear rpd and mugged dry by a similar civilian gang. My main point is that fear rp was only in effect during the scene within the fence and I would say I was given like 1.5 seconds to respond in which I did just at the very last second as you see me pause in the clip before I get blasted with 3 guns and im knocked back outside of the fence and my body ends up on the other side, not that I "jumped over the fence". You need to make sure to DM a staff member on discord when something like that happens so you don't get banned. They can only assume it was LTARP from that point. Hi, as you said you were banned for LTARP, you left during an active mugging scenario. Don't really understand the dispute here might be best if you change it to an apology ban instead. Do admit maybe 5 days was a bit harsh on a first time offence.

Hello, good day! I was hoping a developer / staff member could provide some clarification regarding the vehicle upgrade system, particularly the Armor, Engine, and Suspension upgrades. 1. Armor Upgrades (20%–100%) Do these upgrades primarily improve a vehicle's durability against collisions and general wear, reducing the frequency of repairs, or do they also provide protection against gunfire? For example: Does upgrading the armor improve the vehicle's resistance to bullets? Does it provide additional ballistic protection for occupants while driving? Can the vehicle offer effective cover during a firefight, particularly when taking cover behind it? 2. Engine, Suspension, and Other Upgrades Would it also be possible to receive a general breakdown of the remaining vehicle upgrades and their benefits? Specifically, I'm interested in understanding the actual performance improvements, ideally expressed as percentages where applicable. For instance, how much does an engine upgrade improve acceleration or top speed? What measurable benefits does upgrading the suspension provide? 3. General Purpose I regularly operate a Sdkfz 222 Scout Car for patrols / security operations.. Understanding these upgrades would help me make informed purchasing decisions and ensure that my investments meaningfully contribute to my faction's operational effectiveness. meem, I couldn't care less about trying to force you to do anything. I wanted to know if you would finally let me buy my license, you called me a pedophile and ran into the ABI. Then I asked why you're doing that over staff chat, you teleported and* shot me, and I said I still didn't understand what I did to deserve that treatment. That time, you teleported to me and flung my car multiple times to kill me. I tried to ask why you actually shot me in the first place, and you blocked me. Effectively, I have no chance as a civilian across any character to get a gun license, and no chance across any character to get any kind of license or property lease, until you either get over yourself (by miracle of god) or you get swapped out of comptroller. You as a staff member should not put anyone in that position unduly, but without even regard to that, you STILL staff abused here.

It's very clear you're not going to figure out that people don't like talking to you, and that trying to "force" them to by following them around is pathetic. I'm not going to waste any more time responding to these pleas for attention. I'm sure UA will deliver their judgment shortly.

P.S. I never sent any individual after you to talk to you for me, I actually did put out a literal bounty just to find you and get my license faster because I wanted that license as soon as possible, in fact today I came to my business completely ransacked and the lockers broken open, meaning whatever was valuable enough to keep in was probably taken. The containers were also lockpicked. This wasn't a means of harassment at all, especially when I'm not aware you don't want to talk at all, nor would I have a reason to believe it either. I wanted money, I wanted to make money, roleplay as a business owner and lawful gun owner so I could safely run a business, and for whatever reason you totally disagreed with that idea.

You didn't chastise me though, you literally shot me. You asked me what kind of retardation I had, then shot me. I next said in @ "I legitimately don't know what I did wrong", then you took my ticket, and more than likely, YOU, used the ticket's quick buttons to goto, then fling me around in my car and blow me up, instead of actually promptly explain what I might have done that you felt the need to not talk to me at all. You addressed me as Codda in character. Not a big deal, except that in tandem with everything else you did, you kept Codda, my discord, as the name in mind when you decided to say I, Codda, am specifically barred from ever getting a gun license. That's an out of character punishment, used ICly, for literally no reason. You not wanting to talk to me, is very easy to express, but when you DON'T talk, it implies I did something worse than catch you in a bad mood. This means you're either holding out on why you wouldn't speak to me, or you're very, very childish, and wanted to make something out of nothing. Hello Lionking, you were PKed for 2 reasons: the initial involement of yourself in this mugging event with the two VSK soldiers, and for your words afterward, as you specifically told him you were going to get a gun and kill him. You gambled your life to save that guy and failed. I also have a clip of the situation, and your friend told you to quick-draw, and, of course, the VSK soldier shot you down. Your language on your return to the situation was also rude, not needed, and gave the VSK member a reason to kill you as you threatened to kill him once you got a gun. In these situations, lionking, if you are gunned down like that, I would implore you to not go back to the situation to threaten or belittle the man that already gunned you down. Also, I want to remind you that this is an RP server; imagine you aimed a gun at a mugger but then said, "I'm joking"; it probably would not go very well. I chose to bring you and chastise you after you had repeatedly harassed me, both via discord and in-game, attempting to speak to me. You even went to the length of having someone else message me about it, and repeatedly following me around. I brought you to chastise you about making tickets which are unnecessary and a continued form of this harassment, and shot you when you chose to continue to justify it. It is remarkably scummy of you to engage in this sort of targeted harassment of a player, who obviously does not want to speak to you, and then instead of taking the hint you make tickets, exposing the matter to the staff team to embarrass me, and then make this report which consists of nothing more than your hurt feelings. Then UA can check that, easily, and see that I was not the person who interacted with your car. As seen in the clip above, I was speaking to Jimmy and Asunder at the time; getting on my staff character and flying all the way to you, flinging your car, and returning to Jimmy and Asunder would've been a waste of time on someone like you. Take a hint, develop some social skills, and realize when people don't want to talk to you rather than engaging in a consistent and concerted harassment campaign.
