If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: (RDM, POs): 3 day ban, the offense was on 8/11/2026. To prevent this I will not kill anyone without a valid reason. (Global Rule 3): 2 day ban, the offense was on 4/4/2026 for 3 days. To prevent this I can hold myself back from saying offensive and or racial slurs. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe you should pick me for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I am dedicated, responsible, mature, and willing to put in the time and effort required to become a reliable member of the staff team. I understand that being a staff member is much more than simply having staff permissions or enforcing rules. A staff member represents the server and has an important role in making sure players have an enjoyable, fair, and organized experience. If I were given the opportunity to join the team, I would take that responsibility seriously. One of the biggest reasons I believe I would be a good addition to the team is my willingness to help other players. I would be willing to take tickets, answer questions, assist players with problems, and help resolve roleplay situations when necessary. I understand that not every player will have the same level of experience, especially new players who are still learning how the server works. I would take the time to explain rules, roleplay standards, and proper procedures to newer players so they can become better members of the community. I also believe that being fair and unbiased is extremely important when working as staff. If I am handling a situation involving multiple players, I would listen to everyone involved before making a decision. I would base my actions on the server rules and the circumstances of the situation rather than personal friendships, disagreements, or opinions about a particular player. I would also make sure that I remain respectful and professional, even when dealing with someone who may be frustrated or difficult to work with. Another reason I believe I would be a strong candidate is that I understand the difference between making an honest mistake and intentionally breaking rules or disrupting roleplay. Not every mistake needs to result in the same response. Sometimes a player simply needs to be educated about what they did wrong, while more serious or repeated issues may require further action. I would use good judgment and make sure that any action I take is reasonable and supported by the server's rules. If selected, I would also be open to receiving feedback from higher-ranking staff members and other members of the community. I understand that becoming a good staff member is a learning process, and I would not expect to know everything immediately. I would be willing to learn new procedures, improve my weaknesses, and adapt to changes within the server. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The position I am applying for consists of many different responsibilities. One of the main responsibilities would be taking tickets from players to help improve roleplay, resolve issues as they happen, and assist players who may be having difficulties during a roleplay situation. I would also help teach new players how to properly roleplay on the server, explain the rules and expectations to them, and help them understand what is considered serious roleplay versus “minging.” My goal would be to make sure new players have a good experience while also helping maintain the overall quality of roleplay on the server. Another responsibility I would have is correcting mistakes that players make. This could include breaking a server rule, misunderstanding a rule, or making a mistake during a roleplay situation. Rather than immediately punishing someone, I would try to explain what they did wrong and help them understand how to avoid making the same mistake in the future. I believe this would help create a better community, improve roleplay standards, and ensure that players have a fair and enjoyable experience.

Hi patrickpham, thank you making a pk appeal on your character. The reason for the PK was for FearRP for refusing to be tied up while at gunpoint, as was already stated in your appeal. Prior to me witnessing the FearRP, there was already a PK request being made, but before the I could hear and see evidence of what events played out that caused the PK request to be made and determining if it was a valid PK or not and prior to bringing you to a sit to have your character PK’d if it was found to be valid, you were found on the first floor of the BB in the ICC and the person requesting the PK wanted to have you tied up and executed in an IC situation instead of just bringing you up to a sit and have you PK’d in a non IC situation. I am against the PK appeal being approved but ultimately the decision will be made by a member of UA.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I’ve been on this server for a long time. I know the rules and how the community works together. I’ve seen good moments and bad moments, but most of all, I’ve seen a community that does not deserve ass holes that destroy the experience of good roleplay. The kind that will make a man… or woman enjoy life even more than without it. Here are some reasons I feel that I should be a member of this community's staff team: - For starters, with my experience, I could help our community a bit more than I do already with my fun and sometimes annoying character. - Even though I may be a little rusty since it’s been about a year since I’ve modded, I still think I could get back on my feet quickly with a little help from other staff members. - I also think that I have a good personality and the strength to handle staff situations. I’ve had a lot of practice with drama after drama in both irl and in-game. So I can handle those problems well; I’d even say quite well. - I’ve had some experience in staffing for a FiveM server that I was Community Manager for back in 2023. Which is a bit more social modding. - I’ve also found myself being able to calm people down better than others sometimes, which could come in handy in some situations. - I don’t get mad much unless it’s a child being retarded, but who doesn’t get mad in that situation. - I think a lot of people can say I’m interesting, but some may say I’m retarded. To be honest, they can think as they want, but all I would say is that I may do stupid shit every now and then, but I will always make up for it in a good way. That is one thing I feel I am very strong in: dealing with my mistakes in a good way. When others can’t even function without being told they are intelligent. I also feel I could get to know the members of this community a bit better. I could understand how they are without being in their RP character. I may even find new friends along the way. [150 Words or more]: As a member of any staff team within or without Garry’s Mod RP, my duty is to ensure that all rules are followed by all fellow community members, including other staff members. Staff members are also to ensure that all rule-breakers are punished as the staff member sees fit or by the assigned punishment for the rule broken. Staff members are also to see that the server runs as smoothly as possible, whether it be by making sure the server does not crash or by ensuring RP is running as intended. Staff members are to assist any member of the community with any serious problem they can. Whether that be getting flags or coming from an RDM. A staff member should also use any resource at their disposal to complete a ticket, from logs to clips. All members of staff must also NEVER break rules themselves and should know at least 90% of the rules and 20-35% by heart. As I would say to any staff member of Garry’s Mod is that if you are not willing to take on a role that will take up RP time, then why apply?

Character's name & rank: Joseph hoffman kaiser field grenadier SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:889020306 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Rz Chase Explain why you were PK'd: i was pk'd because i didn't follow fearp which i got circled and i refused to obey and be tied up so i kill one guy who was helping the others tie me up and then i got pk'd Why should you be un-PK'd?: before all of that i was patrolling the base and saw one of my boy's from my unit tie someone up then one guy came up and pointed a gun at him so i shot him in the face and killed him with my rifle and one of my guy who tied that person up left so it was all on me and this is were it all started so i must be framed Additional Information: I never agreed to kidnap that person i mind you that the person he tied up was a tier 5 party member general and i never talked to him before he tied him up and i never said anything to him in the first place so i must be framed
