If so, what were they for, and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: During my early years, I have been given a lot of infractions, specifically in the form of notes. Most of them were for RDM, and one ban for NLR. Since then, I have been rping and following the rules. One of my most recent bans, which was a few months ago, was for a misunderstanding,g and I never bothered to appeal it because it was only for a couple of days. I was a member of the Prometheus staff team, I think around 5 or 6 months ago, until i was removed. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Well, to start, I think after I have been RPing a while, I have started to be involved with the community at a much larger scale than when I was first accepted as staff. Made some good friends and had some really good memories. With that, over time, I have learned the mechanics of RP, such as making some RP through war planning / regular day interactions. Another big reason I would make a strong addition to the Prometheus staff team would be my commitment to fairness and communication. I don't like to approach situations to either "win" or assert dominance over another, just to figure out a situation and make sure I have the least amount of bias possible, listening to both sides of a conflict, and making decisions based on server guidelines rather than emotion, which is really important for the general roleplay playerbase to have. In addition, I am highly active on the server and well known throughout the community. In addition to all of these caveats, I have seen and experienced what good staffing is, and I feel like it's time for me to contribute to that standard. I have also learned from both positive and negative situations and that there is a huge responsibility to having this title and being apart of the team. I will admit that before, I did make mistakes when I was a member of the staff team. Since then, I have realized that those stupid mistakes could have been easily prevented, and now I am affirmative that I have learned from those mistakes. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The duties of this position revolve around maintaining a fair, enjoyable, and organized environment for everyone in the community. As a member of the staff team, my first job would be to make sure everyone is following the rules given. Meaning, handling rule breakers, resolving conflicts via sit and stepping in out of character situations. In addition, I think that supporting players, especially new ones, is a big thing that having the position of staff needs to do. This would include answering questions and integrating them into the RP community. Another additional duty I think I would do is taking tickets quickly because I know what it feels like to have made a ticket and waiting 30 minutes for someone to respond. I will go beyond the minimum duties and expectations of a staff member,r even if it means cutting out my roleplay to help other people. I will be a proud representative of the Prometheus community, whether that would be on duty or off duty, and I will put in my maximum effort.

The man you were serving the warrant on was my direct superior, additionally the general was telling you to not point guns at him and the only time i struck you consecutively was when u started pointing a gun at me. When The man you were trying to take started to argue the PCO you cut him off and just pointed your gun at him avoiding the argument entirely and just trying to run off with him. me recognizing thats what was going on tried to put a stop to it. you didnt care at all what he had to say and tried to quickly shut him up with violence so it wouldnt be shocking if his men responded with violence in return.

I was the staff member who issued your ban. During an active roleplay scenario, NSB agents were lawfully admitted by your commanding general to serve a warrant on a third party with whom you were not involved. Despite this, you initiated violence by striking agents who were surrounding the subject, and you then struck me repeatedly, as to resulting in my death and triggering a large-scale gunfight. You had been warned for RDM the previous day. Your actions in this incident showed no intent to engage in roleplay and instead demonstrated a pattern of escalating situations into combat, consistent with prior behavior. A gunfight starts and then I am banned for a week for RDM. In no way possible did I RDM the NSB officer he quite literally pointed a gun at me and tried to detain me while i was also pointing a weapon at him it makes absolutely no sense in where they are straight up threatening everyone at gunpoint and pointing their weapons at people that they dont get killed this is just blatantly a false ban. Hello @Swisher After reviewing the clips and statements on the situation, it appears you were given multiple opportunities to stop and exit the vehicle, to which you ignored and continued. This is an intentional act by your character in not valuing their life as multiple guns were aimed at you during this time. In some situations, we may invalidate a PK based on FailRP/OOC comments being made in VC chat such as "That was a PK", but it is not a valid argument to be used in a PK appeal since it has nothing to do with your character not valuing their own life. he must have misheard me, i said that one of his military members KILLED me and the lapo, i never said i would kill him, and if i did i would admit it, i know the rules and i would never want my character to get PK'ed

Greetings! The reason you were PK'd is because you admitted in character that you were going to kill a Oberst in the Panzers. In pursuance of the PK Guidelines this falls under 'Grief'. This means when a player in character makes a valid threat on someone else's life they are held accountable for said threat. Your claim that the Oberst lied is invalid as there is direct proof supporting the opposite of your claim. If you say something in character, you must expect to be held liable for your words or this server would absolutely cease to function. Have a wonderful day.
