Hello, I was the staff member who issued this PK. You were PK'd under the PK Guideline: "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]". The reason for this was because two members of the Military, one of them being myself pointed guns at you and told you not to move. You then decided to try and run away, and tried running out the landespolizei garage, which you managed to open during an all out civil war. This action put us at risk, so you were then shot for attempting to flee. I could have easily PK'd you there for breaking Fear RP the first time. However, I decided to give you a second chance to abide by Fear RP so it would not have to result in a PK. Then when we tried to arrest you for the second time, you ran away again, jumping up and down saying "oh my god, oh my god". Which showed me that you were clearly breaking Fear RP and showed no regard for your characters life. There was also zero indication that you were lagging and you certainly were moving around.

Description of the idea: When someone does the character actions of either kicking down a door, or tying someone up the character should do a /me that follows those actions. Too many people abuse the fact you cannot see doorkicks or tying to use it to minge or get away with doing it IC without any punishment as it's impossible to prove that someone does it. Why should this be added?: Way too many people minge, doorkick and go "Oh the door was unlocked!" no one can prove anything because it doesn't even play an animation, it's just silly and abused far too often. Same with Tying. What negatives could this have?: Literally no downsides. Additional information: N/A

Garry's Mod - Clipped with Medal.tv Additional Information: This guy "player 178" should know better in my opinion than to go rdm me and then sit there and lie in the staff sit, he claims that he was looking for a bald guy with a gun. He claims that "he thought I had a gun" but also says "he couldn't see because it was dark" but my fists were out, pretty clear from the bobbing that the char does with his fists out. None of this made sense, which is why I am reporting the admin who did absolutely nothing to the guy who RDM'd and then lied in the staff sit. The second clip that I provided was from the guy that was in the same building as me processing, he made a PK ticket that mango also "handled". His situation is a bit odd because it's sort of fearrp, sort of not. But my case was certainly valid, and mango was writing it off as soon as the dude got there. Prime advised me that if he was in that situation he would have simply "rdm'd him 10x" which obviously is not allowed, not sure if I'm retarded or the staff is just staff abusing. I am sure you will let me know. Last note, if you watch the first clip where I was rdm'd and the guy claimed he thought I was the bald man with a gun that he was looking for, you'll notice that less than a second had passed from the time he appeared on my screen to the moment he killed me(which provides undeniable proof that he was lying)

After further context from Whoreson, I understood that this death was valid. Because of this appeal, I was banned for a month. I would like to apologize personally to Majorwhoreson, as I was in the wrong for even attempting to appeal this characters death. I have just gained Chief of the MGD, and would like to participate in further roleplay on the server.
