Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: In the situation that I killed the guy for, I was protecting my VIP at the time which was the Finance Minister. He was in a group with people talking about stuff that I did not particularly care much about. Then a panzer came in with his car attempting to run over the whole group including my VIP then he stepped out of the car. After he stepped out, I felt he was still a threat and shot him dead instead of trying to detain him. I did this for three reasons. One I still threat he could be capable of hurting the group and my VIP. Second I was not close enough to ensure he would be properly arrested so I eliminated my threat. My third reason, an admin who was present for the situation was in civilian rp and then presumed to ban me. He was not impartial with his decision and was influenced by what he only saw and never gave me the chance to explain myself nor let me have a proper sit for banning me. In addition, I believe there is no clip nor any other evidence except the admin there to determine my ban. Therefore, I was eliminating a threat to my VIP and was not given a fair and proper trial to determine if I was rdming someone. Additional Information: I had no intention of rdming anyone and as for my history you can see I have not received a ban for a lengthy period of time except for today. I feel like it was unjust to ban me with this one occasion and with a biased admin within the group making the effort to ban me without a fair trial.

Accepted. After reviewing the appeal, I'm accepting it as it appears there was no genuine intent to break the rules in this situation. However, based on the clips provided, no members of the NSB pointed their weapons or attempted to restrain Warsteiner. Because of that, your decision to open fire was not the appropriate escalation. The correct response would have been to wait until the NSB either aimed their weapons, began firing or tied up Warsteiner. Had that occured, your reaction would have been more justifiable. The main issue here is a failure to properly escalate the situation. For next time make sure to follow the proper escalation procedures in the future to avoid similar incidents. Note: While the appeal has been accepted, this ban will remain on your record.

Hi. I Usually don't involve myself in this, however i shall provide my view in the situation. As you are saying one Member had his Gun on saftey, in the clip i linked you can clear see that at least 3 Members of the NSB had their Guns out on saftey. There was a clear sense in that you were about to detain me, which even one of your guys said shortly befor the Gun-Fight happend. A CLIP Thank you.

"As seen he was surrounded by NSB members," They kept on telling him to stand still and told him its a police matter. "none of them even had a weapon" They all had their weapons out on safety as you can see.
