Previously was brought to a sit by elite for a pk which was justified. Every part of this situation was done with RP, at no point was there trolling, me just being a nuisance, etc, there was a group of lapo, and civis that had run into the base trolling members of the military purposely being annoying, instead of me making a ticket on this i decided to kick them out of the base within RP, the military officers with no back bone also joined in with the trolls because there was nothing else they could do, i told everyone to get out of the icc, in which they did not, and i gave them plenty of time to, i opened fire, continued out of the airfield in which they were still in my path trolling, instigating, tying me, etc, i told a fella if he attempts to tie me again i will open fire, he then tried to tie me again and i gave him a couple love taps to the head in which he died, i said if anyone else aims a gun at me i will fire upon them. At no point did i mass rdm, i killed mass amounts of ppl, but all in RP, from what i know the clips don't even show any context besides me shooting, but its not like i would know since i never got informed of me being banned, and at no point did i commit NITRP, because at no point was i trolling or not rping, literally the whole situation was based of rp and me kicking trolls out, in which i did with giving them many chances, i had never just opened fire unless i had incredibly good reason to believe i was going to be shot, the only situation where i could even imagine someone would think is RDM is when i was running out the airfield after a gunfight and a military officer that was pretty much rouge had cut me off with his gun out making a attempt to arrest me. There was a moment where elite and augustus had froze me when i was telling kg to get out with them at gun point after i had shot a officer of the lapo who had refused to get out after i gave them more then 8 seconds to leave, which was apparently RDM. A different situation where a military officer was attempting to make a arrest on me for wtv reason, i gunned him down, but i guess thats rdm to! To sum it up, Fear RP isnt a ooc rule, NLR, was never broken as i was the one approached each time. NITRP was never committed because the whole time it was literally based off a rp situation of the lapo and civis being inside with rouge military cos supporting them, in which i kicked them out, then they tried to detain me, and i fought back, MRDM was also never committed because i had justification for killing anybody that i did, and any clips that show me shooting people must not show the context to it, and if at any point rdm was committed it was not in mass a purely a mistake based on the high tense situation. Additional Information: Overall this situation was handled poorly by Elite and in no way do i deserve a ban nevertheless a 5 day ban, and its to the point where the dude had to slap on Fear RP just to make it look more justified. Also note i have no previous offenses and when in a call with elite after the fact he refused to provide any clips until i make the report because he doesn't know what situation I'm talking about even though i made contact with him 3 minutes at the most after the situation. Which has made it hard to provide a sufficient statement as i don't know what specific situation he is referring to. If any ban is deserved, its not 5 days worth.

I have spoken with both the UA and players involved, and after discussion I do not find this PK to be valid. I very much agree with your last sentence, "this feels a bit out of the spirit of the rules Prometheus follows." Let us assume that what you said is correct, an illegal action was performed upon you, and when you called out said illegal action, you were shot for it. You called a spade a spade and died. From my understanding, you did threaten to take them to report them for this event, while extremely ill advised (especially when detained), I don't find particuarly PK worthy in this specific instance. Now, once you had gone and reported it/filed charges in court, etc. I believe a PK would be valid. However, at this stage of the RP that was occurring, I find it to be premature. Essentially, imagine a room in which there are 3 losers: Coffee, Prime, and Donzoko are their names. Coffee shoots Prime in the head, murdering him. Donzoko exclaims, "You murdered him!" Is Coffee now able to PK Donzoko for saying what just happened? Seems like ending RP before it begins. RP is not about winning, it's about creating events/stories. This PK seems to have cut a story short before it had a conclusion worthy of death. Accpeted.

You first mention that the it was a ooc situation took to ic when I shot him, that is completely not true. He was shooting me before I was frozen and spam shooting me while I was frozen then as he was reloading I was unfrozen and I shot him knowing he was going to shoot me. then you go on to speak about how you understand now that there was context to me shooting the lapo guy, well I’m banned for it. You also use the point that he was allowed in, he was allowed in by Ming’s military command who I had spoken to about this before the clip and has made attempts to get the officer the throw them out as they were being a complete troll. I was well aware they were “allowed in” which isn’t even true they broke in and military officers are scared of the slightest conflict. you also use the point to detain, there was no way in hell I would’ve ever in the situation try to detain when they have a goon squad of 10 people. That also branches off from my point that I had already told these guys to get out plenty of times beforehand. and at no point did I state that I wouldn’t get banned because it’s never a ban, I stated that I’m not going to get banned but a pk, even if I did say that that’s not justification for banning me. you say that I didn’t try to talk to these officers, oh are you talking about the officers that had tried arrest me? Yes I’m sorry let me hit that pause button and explain to them. i had no reason to try to “talk to them and see if I was in the right” that’s stupid considering the situation.
