Why should you be un-PK'd?: I did not start the gun fight because I only continued a roleplay situation. I was in my police car driving down the road. Then I saw a man get killed on the streets. As a police officer, I responded to the situation and drove to where the murder occurred. Upon arriving I got out of my car and pulled out my luger. Then I shot the threat dead right there and then before he could shoot anyone else. Next thing I know some unknown assailant that was not involved in the situation shot me. In this situation I only continued a roleplay scenario because I was already involved in the situation before I shot my gun, I was responding to it as an officer, and the person who killed me did it for no reason. How I was involved in the situation was that I saw the murder and responded to it. At that moment I became part of the situation. When I arrived at the scene, I only continued the situation. As said previously, how I got involved into the situation was for a legitimate reason because I was an officer. As an officer I responded to the situation and did what I had to do in order to handle the situation. The person who killed me had no reason to shoot me. When I killed the murderer and later got shot, the person who shot me got involved for no reason and had no connection to anyone involved in the situation. Additional Information: N/A

Hi, so I genuinely don't know if you are slow or if you have a crater the size of mars on the back of your head. So, regardless of the fact of you blatantly metgaming (watching the stream of the situation) and your crosshair (something that you would only get from a certain client) you also cut out about 2-3 minutes of context. You were following us among other people and I had told them to get back. I had gun bashed when they didn't listen and eventually they pulled back. I am not gun bashing you to kill you, but you took it that way. That's fine and you're entirely in your right to take it that way, but you got immediately gunned down by your own guys. I also don't understand how someone saying "he won't wake up" also effects the validity of your PK. You tried entering the office, you were pushed back, you shot first, you died, the end. All the other people around me were not getting involved and or telling them to leave us alone, you acted alone and died alone. I don't like PK'ing people while I am on an alt character and actively avoid it, but this whole interaction with you lacked any roleplay whatsoever from your part on the account that you're talking like a black guy born in Harlem. I do apologize for handling your PK in a quick way, but you can understand the frustration of having anything you do result in you being immediately shot. I stand by your PK being entirely valid while lacking some formality.

With all that being said, You dealt damage to me which would still under the #2. PK Guide-Lines, You set me up for failure. And I didn't follow until I heard the MGD Situation, I have no problem with you but you stating I'm speaking like a "black guy in Harlem" is a bit too far, You formally sat there saying you were MGD which was "Power Game" and got away with it. I didn't cut anything out of the situation you can formally re-read what I said about why I got PKed, and or How it happened. The one talking about gun bashing you physically hit me and didn't say nothing towards me meaning to back up or not, and if you did your mic wasn't read in the game. That's not my fault being. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PK'd for the simple reason of that's not what went down and how he died is legit. Browniemeister was too busy trying to tie up a girl in the Luftwaffe and he stated he's MGD and the MGD has a warrant. When I overheard that I went over there to see if they were in fact MGD and or just trying to find other reasons to abuse their authority, When I went up the stairs they took the Luftwaffe enlisted member into an office and I opened the door. Not once did the man guarding say what he was doing or any orders he gave me to back up. He then dealt damage to me knocking me from full hp to half. I took out my pistol and shot the man in the face for initiating with me, and I proceeded to fire my weapon striking him. The General major who's just been nosey the whole day and not minding his business shot me, and stated out loud IN CHARACTER: "He's never waking up again" and he stated that sentence about twice, He was killed as well for shooting me. Before I respawned, I heard the body fall with him speaking and we both respawned. Once I respawned Browniemeister on his troll character Picks me up with his physgun and proceeds to call me retarded, and slow. He explained I lost a gun fight and now I'm dead. In the clip it shows him doing damage to me, and I defended myself no matter what he said in game, There was no reason to hit me with his firearm.
