Thank you for taking the time to create an Appeal. As mentioned above, your original Ban was for Global Rule 1 which was further extended to Permanent after you attempted to ALT Evade - a breach of Global Rule 11. Whilst I understand this was 2 Years ago, please edit your Appeal to reflect the ban reason, give further detail and select either an Apology OR Dispute.

Thank you for using the Forums to create a Bug Report. After reviewing the logs, it appears that both 9 Refined Platinum and 11 Platinum Ore were transferred between your Car Trunk and your Characters Inventory as mentioned. However, it can be seen that you then sold it to Vendor Odo Roth at the Refinery. You continued to play on the server, disconnecting 20 minutes later. It is clear that your items did not simply go 'missing' but were sold by yourself, this report is therefore Invalid.

Bug Number One: last night around 1-2am i had put around a inventory of platinum into my vehicle Kettenkrad V2 and it was all in my trunk i placed my car back into the garage no one took it and around 12pm today i looked into my trunk same car it was missing i spoke to a ingame admin Vixx who told me to make a bug report since the logs had i placed it in there but its missing
