Why should you be un-PK'd?: I did not start the gun fight because I only continued a roleplay situation. I was in my police car driving down the road. Then I saw a man get killed on the streets. As a police officer, I responded to the situation and drove to where the murder occurred. Upon arriving I got out of my car and pulled out my luger. Then I shot the threat dead right there and then before he could shoot anyone else. Next thing I know some unknown assailant that was not involved in the situation shot me. In this situation I only continued a roleplay scenario because I was already involved in the situation before I shot my gun, I was responding to it as an officer, and the person who killed me did it for no reason. How I was involved in the situation was that I saw the murder and responded to it. At that moment I became part of the situation. When I arrived at the scene, I only continued the situation. As said previously, how I got involved into the situation was for a legitimate reason because I was an officer. As an officer I responded to the situation and did what I had to do in order to handle the situation. The person who killed me had no reason to shoot me. When I killed the murderer and later got shot, the person who shot me got involved for no reason and had no connection to anyone involved in the situation. Additional Information: N/A

-1 During the encounter you acted without consequence for your characters life, clearly answering the two gentlemen that 'no' you would not stop moving even though you were outnumbered. Though you are claiming to be PK'd because of jaywalking, you weren't, you were PK'd for failing to adhere to FearRP as stated in General Rule 7. "You must always value your own life through FearRP. Failure to abide by FearRP can result in your character being permanently killed". You made the situation not in your favour when you pulled out your MP40 and decided to not follow orders. Even in the situation if you were being surrounded by 2 members of a criminal organization that decided to just take you hostage and you failed to adhere to fearRP it would have resulted the same. Personally, I find it hard to believe you did not intend to attempt to hit the two officers as nothing in your voice, nor your demeanour leads for it to be a accident, nor was there a quick apology of "Sorry! I didn't mean to do that". Furthermore, if you spilled water on a mouse that would most likely not how it would it break, they use physical switches where the electrical state is on and off, if you had such a issue it wouldn't be just once it'd click, it would either stop working, or would be consistently clicking, or chattering, not just "owooooo randomly click when I'm in combat". I summary I believe R4GED alongside Tomahawk made the correct decision in the PK, regardless if you think it wasn't valid for them to ask you to stop, you must act in a way to value your life especially if you outnumbered otherwise you can expect to be PK'd. I'd recommend reading the rules as well as the PK guidelines to ensure you are aware of what actions result in character death, I believe a permanent PK was fair enough and a temporary is not needed as the situation is extremely clear cut. You did something without expecting the consequences and failed to take it seriously as such you dealt with the consequences. Just to add for information, temp PKs are reserved for COs, not a feldwebel.

+1 A perma PK for Lapo J-Walking fear RP is a bit harsh a temp PK would be more appropriate if not a warning and or just force them to resume RP with Lapo

I do not recall making fun of you at any point during the sit. The individual who requested it had made some rude comments, which I motivated him to refrain from repeating. If you would like to remind me of what I said that "made fun of you," be my guest. As for the delay, it was caused due to awaiting responses from other staff members. As for the detainment, the person who requested only attempted to detain you after you tried to pistol-whip an officer of the LaPo (Me.). (I handled the PK because no other staff members were able to at that moment; the PK itself was approved by R4ged. We shot you because you began running from us after having firearms drawn. While it may have been a little short of a reactionary period, you still tried to run away. We told you several times to stop moving previous to you being shot, so claiming anything other than that is simply not true. When we had you at gunpoint, you continued to run regardless of the firearms pointed at you. While I do agree we didn't have you at gunpoint for some of the time you were running, it was in fear of the fact you had your MP40 drawn and feared being shot. That being said, good luck on your appeal.

Hi, so I genuinely don't know if you are slow or if you have a crater the size of mars on the back of your head. So, regardless of the fact of you blatantly metgaming (watching the stream of the situation) and your crosshair (something that you would only get from a certain client) you also cut out about 2-3 minutes of context. You were following us among other people and I had told them to get back. I had gun bashed when they didn't listen and eventually they pulled back. I am not gun bashing you to kill you, but you took it that way. That's fine and you're entirely in your right to take it that way, but you got immediately gunned down by your own guys. I also don't understand how someone saying "he won't wake up" also effects the validity of your PK. You tried entering the office, you were pushed back, you shot first, you died, the end. All the other people around me were not getting involved and or telling them to leave us alone, you acted alone and died alone. I don't like PK'ing people while I am on an alt character and actively avoid it, but this whole interaction with you lacked any roleplay whatsoever from your part on the account that you're talking like a black guy born in Harlem. I do apologize for handling your PK in a quick way, but you can understand the frustration of having anything you do result in you being immediately shot. I stand by your PK being entirely valid while lacking some formality.

Yeah 10 seconds after the gunfight had already subsided you deiced to shoot me with no weapon out, escorting the VIP / detainee with and surrounded by a group of your fellow faction members. YOU constantly do stupid shit and used this as an excuse to do so! Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm just going to start it off with the fact that KG is allowed to jaywalk and I had a party tier at the time which allows me to jaywalk legally too. I honestly thought they were just trolling since they actually never stated that I was being fined and just told me to stop running (Not at gunpoint) and tried instantly tying me when I wasn't told a reason before, So I just walked away as I wasn't told to not walk away so I just moved down the RS stairs and they just shot me without ever telling me to come back. Additional Information: The PK was issued one hour after I was killed, I was also made fun of during the sit by both the person who killed me and the staff member as I was crying since I have anxiety.

I did not have to try to detain the guy because I saw the guy murder someone so I just shot him. If I was wrong about not detaining someone first, I should be warned for RDM and not receive a pk; however, this whole situation only proves that the rp situation was still ongoing.

Browniemeister was too busy trying to tie up a girl in the Luftwaffe and he stated he's MGD and the MGD has a warrant. When I overheard that I went over there to see if they were in fact MGD and or just trying to find other reasons to abuse their authority, When I went up the stairs they took the Luftwaffe enlisted member into an office and I opened the door.
