Description of the idea: Short Description of the Idea of integrating a Stock Market A fully functional stock market with options on buying selling, that changes the values at random, or maybe you could even register if you have a Business ID your own company and pay a fee your company to go public and have it on the stock market. The stock market as a entity could managed by the state or some other government agency. It could open and close like IRL at certain times, you could try to put in events that admins can control to create a huge total stock crash plunging the market into the ground and giving something to the governments finance offices to heavy worry about. Why should this be added?: Creates opportunity's for players to open Stock Firms, You could have a chance at people becoming stock brokers wolf of wallstreet style become rich of stock then going to start their own business. Gives good roleplay to people who are in the business sector allowing them to act like stuck up stock brokers if they make it big and own their own firm Gives the opportunity for people to invest in businesses like giving out money since the company's stock is good, or it could act as a alternative form of currency payment. Give jobs to the government for employing people to manage it, and also more stuff for finance offices to do if the stock crashes. The style of a stock market helps a lot to the vibe of being in NYC a place famous for the stock exchange. Government agency's could also invested and it could be a small sources of revenue flow for them maybe they could even hire a external consultant to manage their stocks. Maybe those who are top executives or accountants could do fraud and it would give something for BFI to investigate and the local police to act on. What negatives could this have?: Problem that's the biggest is most likely that its quite complicated to program. Could not be fun if the stocks are slow and take a bit to build or lose money. If improperly managed during a crisis event likes its crash it could tank several business although this on its own is not directly a negative thing. Additional information:

I've been a proud member of the Prometheus community for a couple of years now, and never have I encountered someone so large quite like gator. The circumstances of me larping and having to encounter this absolute troglodyte beast is ruining to my experience at times, the largeness of this individual bothers me. Why is he so big, and is there a fix for this in the future from the staff team?

Yes, you can detain players while aiming your gun, this can be done through F1 -> Inventory, right clicking on restraints and clicking use. The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. Due to your behavior in the discord tickets, mass DMing our UA members about the various situations you have found yourself in, etc. I do not believe you are a good fit for our community. In both situations the same guy had told me to open fire, I did the same thing in each one, I was only punished in the second one. I feel like this was a lose lose for me no matter what, but that's not why I'm making a PK appeal, I feel this is a precarious situation. If I don't follow orders I get fired, or worse. I just want to keep playing. I genuinely enjoy the server. But by the logic of you not being supposed to fire when a higher ranking official orders it, doesn't that mean that every time someone like NCOs and enlisted who haven't deep dived the rules, are ordered to fire, they're gonna get PK'ed because they just didn't know better? Getting a direct orders from the highest rank of CO, and not fulfilling it is pretty serious stuff. So that also mean that CO's or other high ranks shouldn't even have the ability to give an order to open fire(or at least be warned by them that if lower ranks open fire AND DIE, they get PKed), and also, how am I not supposed to die here? Survival in a firefight against a crowd isn't something a person can just control, and if I die I get PKed. According to the server's own Government PK guidelines, initiating a shootout is what triggers a PK, but I didn't initiate anything, I defended a position under a direct order from a CO. If the rule is strictly "if you die, you get PKed," then any division combat where a soldier dies becomes an automatic character deletion, which ruins military roleplay entirely. I did not know the risk. Because the first time, it made sense that I didn't get PKed. To summarize, I didn't initiate a gunfight. I was given orders, I followed them to avoid punishment, and protect the Bendlerblock from a breach, and protect my superiors. I just want my character back, I feel like I deserve it, also Wolfgang Mayer is a cool name you have to agree. Additional Information: I have clips of both situations, in both I was told to open fire. The clips both show a very similar situation, it might be by the books, but I feel I shouldn't be PK'ed for it. In the PK guidelines, it says that PKs absolutely HAVE to be a last resort(for important persons, which I believe I am as the role of Oberfeldwebel is pretty important, leading men, making sure they're properly trained, recruitment and more.), this didn't really look like a last resort. I do not believe that as an Oberfeldwebel(with a 2nd class Iron Cross that I earned as a Stabsgefreiter) , I am not subject to rule 4 of the PK guidelines. Under rule 10 of the PK guidelines; "You cannot order the death of more than five people for a specific situation." If you were to review the clips that I posted, in neither situations did I kill more that 5 people or even exactly 5 people. I refused his request multiple times as he kept pushing me to shoot him. Another member of his branch then says, "I got his player ID." I then asked what this was about, as I was confused about the situation. They both then start to accuse and claim that I was the same guy from an earlier RP situation they had, who had LTAPed. An Admin was called, and I was brought along with the Stabsfeldwebel who called the admin into the SIT room. I am then further accused of being the "same" dude from earlier. The Stabsfeldwebel then provides his evidence through medal, which the admin also checks the logs along with reviewing the video, and says it's me, and the logs prove it. I get a little more flabbergasted about the situation because I am being accused of something I didn't do. I don't know how logs really work, and don't know if he looked at the right person's logs, if they do correlate to steam IDs. But the admin said that it's stated I just reconnected after 30 minutes, and I was previously zip tied. I was banned at around 9:00 pm PST. My last session on the server was at around 6-7:00 pm PST, which is before that LTAP situation even happened. Yes, you can change descriptions, but he had a base description with different heights and weights. The person in question's description was "A male stands before you at around 4'0 and weighing around 50 pounds. They have Bald hair and blue colored eyes." My description was "A man stands before you at around 5'8" wearing a Feldgrau bearing the rank of Stabsgefreiter. He has Brown hair and Brown colored eyes." The admin stated we sounded the same, which I can't help for obvious natural reasons and mic reasons. We had the same player model, which I also can't help. It's a video game with limited models. I don't know if this will help my case, but I am set to defend myself against something I didn't do, even if it's a 2-day ban.

[150 Words or more]: As a staff member there might be many things you will have to do, here are some of my general objectives: General Duties General duties of being a staff member include taking sits, Punishing players, changing models and faction transfers, and moderating Roleplay situations so that no one is breaking the rules. Handing out punishments for players who are breaking the rules are important, but there can be nuance to certain situations. When there is someone who is RDMing. It is usually a clear and cut case. But when someone is being accused of breaking the rules during an important and complicated roleplay scenario, it's important that staff take their time with it. This usually means collecting Recorded gameplay, speaking to both parties or witnesses, and checking logs, then deliberating. At the end of the day it's important to be 100% unbiased and rule just from the evidence that is being presented Decorum and Professionalism Decorum and Professionalism is particularly important. What the word decorum means to me is how someone carries themselves day to day and how they are perceived. When being professional with how you interact with players it’s important to stay very calm. As well as speaking clearly and formally, and not being emotional and not taking the situation personally. Professionalism can also be something as simple as writing with proper syntax and grammar or pronouncing words correctly. Being A role model As a Staff member, you are constantly a role model to players. It's important to behave the same way you would want a player to behave, as well as treat players the same way you would like to be treated. This means building a reputation of being a fair staff member, and someone who players want to have their ticket taken is important too.

Invalid. The reported staff member didn't use OOC language in IC chat, and even if they did that isn't meta gaming its just poor RP - and invalidates any sort of PK that could have happened. Also if you continue to harass staff members in DM's because you don't get an instant response from us you will be banned from making support tickets and appeals.

In a situation which lasted 1 Minute, a member of the Luftwaffe was attempting to escort you, in ties, with his gun drawn. Make an Anti German resistance faction for MITHIC with it being heavily monitored by Staff as to prevent minges as well as make it application only to join with any minging as resistance punished severely, basically a Resistance faction with Heavy restrictions as to prevent minging but still use for events and everyday activities such as sabotage espionage etc

LAPOs awesome if you want a more chill and kinda troll faction at least comparted to like the NSB or Interior, the LAPO from what I seen also does suffer from periods of total inactivity which I do think is a side effect of their simi-unimportance that's left since theirs a hole in Civ RP since the big-wigs don't really like Civ rp which makes sense takes up space were their can be Gov RP, Whoreson has made that very apparent .

I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). I didn't think it was real at the time so in my mind it crossed for me to say it. I am saddened by what I said about it since he has died and the fact I was a bit ignorant and decided to say it makes it all worse.
