Follow the ban appeal template or this appeal will be denied.

Accepted. If you receive any infractions within the next two weeks, this permanent ban will be reinstated.

Accepted. This appeal will be accepted. However, this will be your last chance before your prop flags are removed for a long period of time. While I'm giving you another chance, it's important to acknowledge that your history includes multiple instances of prop abuse. The frequency and consistency of this is concerning but I hope that you decide to stop abusing your prop flags after this appeal. This is your opportunity to show that you can respect the rules and use props as they are intended to be used. When you're next on the server make a ticket in game requesting for a member of UA to unblacklist your flags.

Accepted. This ban will be shortened to 5 days. I'd recommend reading the rules during the remaining time of this ban.

Denied. You have already made an appeal for this ban which got denied. It also states in the ban appeal guidelines that "You may not appeal after being denied for two weeks unless approved by the denying member of upper administration".

Denied. A PK is not an administrative punishment like a ban, it's an in character consequence for IC actions. PK appeals are not accepted simply because you apologise or regret the situation, especially when those actions clearly put you subject to the PK guidelines. In this case, you admitted to breaking Fear RP by pulling out your gun while you were under gunpoint and were going to get arrested, which directly led to the PK. That alone justifies the outcome. You also mention that you were trying to ask an OOC question and did not recognise that someone was attempting to initiate RP. However, pausing or disregarding RP whenever it's inconvenient is not acceptable. If you have an OOC question or need clarification, the correct procedure is to make a ticket in game so staff can assist you. Furthermore, someone trying to arrest you is not "Fail RP". If you believe a rule is being broken or the situation is improper, you should report it by making a ticket in game and staff will handle it. You should not escalate the situation by drawing a weapon or refusing to engage in roleplay. While I also appreciate that you're new to the server, the rules apply equally to all players. Your time invested in your character and your intent to follow the server rules are noted, but they do not undo the consequnces of the IC actions you decided to take.

Denied. You were community exiled and you would have needed permission from GA to make an appeal which you did not get. Also somehow this appeal is just as bad as your previous appeal which shows that you are not genuine about returning to the server.
-
Denied. You cannnot declare war in OOC chat and use that as an excuse to kill every member of a faction. This is a roleplay server, not a deathmatch server. Even if some players agreed to a shootout, that does not justify MRDM against those are uninvolved just because of their uniform.

This ban has now expired, but from reviewing this appeal, the ban was justified and this appeal would have been denied.
-
Accepted. Make a ticket in game requesting for a member of UA to unblacklist your flags.
-
Denied. As you have decided not to be transparent on your appeal and because of your long PO list this appeal is denied. You can make a new ban appeal in 1 month and be transparent, honest and put more effort into your apology.

Accepted.

Denied Reapply in 30 days.

Explain in more detail what you did in the "Why were you banned?" section of this appeal.
-
Denied. If you're going to use AI to write your appeal then don't bother making an appeal in the first place. You can make a new ban appeal in 3 months.

Accepted. I'll accept your apology, but I want to make a few things clear. The other player did not violate NLR in this situation. In roleplay, if someone kills you, they are still allowed to continue interacting with you in the same RP scenario. It would only be considered breaking NLR if you, after dying, returned to interact with them again as if nothing happend. Additionally, just because an RP situation does not go the way you want it to, that does not give you the right to leave the server, especially while cuffed or in an active roleplay scenario. This is a roleplay server and not every situation is meant to favor you or play out ideally. You're expected to stay and follow through, even when it's not going your way.
-
Denied. I appreciate the apology and it's good to see you understand what went wrong. However, you were warned multiple times and you still chose to continue misusing your prop perms. Because of that, some punishment is necessary so you're welcome to appeal this again in 1 week, but for now, the blacklist will stay.
-
Denied. You were told not to delete your character, but you did it anyway. As a result this PK is now irreversible.

Accepted. After reviewing the appeal, I'm accepting it as it appears there was no genuine intent to break the rules in this situation. However, based on the clips provided, no members of the NSB pointed their weapons or attempted to restrain Warsteiner. Because of that, your decision to open fire was not the appropriate escalation. The correct response would have been to wait until the NSB either aimed their weapons, began firing or tied up Warsteiner. Had that occured, your reaction would have been more justifiable. The main issue here is a failure to properly escalate the situation. For next time make sure to follow the proper escalation procedures in the future to avoid similar incidents. Note: While the appeal has been accepted, this ban will remain on your record.
