Denied. There won't be any punishment for Saito in this case. His actions are understandable, espcially considering your history of disrupting situations like what happened yesterday, where you essentially RDM'd Saito when he was NHC member / Interior Minister during his coup attempt and were immediately gunned down for it. Regarding your officer status if the Kaisergarde Chief and Deputy are the only ones authorized to approve new officers and you were not approved as an officer, then your removal is completely valid and from what I have been told is that your removal was approved by the Chief of the Kaisergarde so this would be considered an IC issue.

Denied. From the clip I have been provided, you were held under gunpoint and told in chat "Stop moving, do not speak over your radio or you will be killed" you then decided to break Fear RP by running away while under gun point. You then raised your gun and started shooting in the air for some reason...? You were then shot and killed meaning you were PK'd under the PK guideline: "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP" Also I'll make this clear that apologising in your PK appeal is irrelevant and is not taken into consideration. A PK is not a Administrative Punishment like a server ban It's a consequence of in character actions. We don't accept PK appeals based on apologies.

Hello, I was the staff member who issued this PK. You were PK'd under the PK Guideline: "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]". The reason for this was because two members of the Military, one of them being myself pointed guns at you and told you not to move. You then decided to try and run away, and tried running out the landespolizei garage, which you managed to open during an all out civil war. This action put us at risk, so you were then shot for attempting to flee. I could have easily PK'd you there for breaking Fear RP the first time. However, I decided to give you a second chance to abide by Fear RP so it would not have to result in a PK. Then when we tried to arrest you for the second time, you ran away again, jumping up and down saying "oh my god, oh my god". Which showed me that you were clearly breaking Fear RP and showed no regard for your characters life. There was also zero indication that you were lagging and you certainly were moving around.

Hello I was the staff member who issued this PK. The reasoning for this PK was because you flew a prop helicopter (which is a direct violation of the server rules) and chose to land it in the Pantheon the most secure and restricted area in the entire map with it being the personal residence and palace of the Kaiser. You were then shot for this, which I found to be completely valid grounds for a PK considering the situation. Regardless of your intent, your actions resulted in a high level breach of the most restricted area in the server and the response you got was entirely appropriate. If you had simply approached the Kaiser Guard base told them you had a meeting and went up to the Pantheon gate and again clearly stating that you were invited by the Herald and awaiting permission to enter for a meeting, this entire situation would have been completely avoided. Instead you decided to be absolutely ridiculous and fly a prop Helicopter into the Pantheon which resulted in IC consequences for you.

Denied. From reviewing your appeal and the evidence provided I believe your PK is fully justified. You openly stated over the radio that you intended to break out your Police Vice President and Gary has provided a screenshot of that as proof of your actions. Even if you were unarmed, breaching the ICC by yourself and attempting break out a prisoner in Military custody can have serious consequences. As you were caught by the Luftwaffe Chief / Vice President openly communicating that you were going to break out his prisoner the consequence you faced was getting shot / PK'd. Let me also clarify something that I've had to address in serveral recent PK appeals, you are not entitled to a court trial before being PK'd. This seems to be a common misconception within the community. A PK can be carried out without a trial if the situation warrants it and in this situation it definitely warranted a PK.
