Yet you have not seemed to address this in your appeal and you just mention how you said racial slurs but that's not what you were banned for. Could you explain what actually happened here?

Hello, I was the staff member who approved your PK. The reasoning for your PK was because you were listed as one of the two lead investigators who were leading a case file that was presented to the federal council. This case file was used in an attempt to remove the Police President from his position. Given that the NSB and Interior Minister reviewed the case as it was presented to them in the federal council, they had clear evidence of your direct involvement in the investigation. So due to this the NSB decided that they wanted to murder you for your role in this case. Additionally, your PK was requested by the Interior Minister which also makes this a NHC PK. This then makes you fall under two different PK guidelines in the Government PK Criteria. 2. On the orders of Feldmarschall, Innenminister, Prime Minister, Konsul, President, Prinzregent, Kaiser [PK] 6. Being murdered for attempting to use/actively using dirt on another individual [PK] Now I'll address some of the points that you have made on your appeal. Firstly you are not entitled to see the case file which led to your PK approval. I explained this in the staff sit yet you started jumping to the conclusion that I was "hiding the case file" from you and that I was "bias" towards you when I have had very minimal interaction with you on the server and don't really know who you are. As I've stated in previous PK appeals, Only the UA staff member reviewing your appeal will have access to the case file. Also whether or not the case file resulted in an arrest, execution or any consequnces for the Police President is irrelevant. The key factor is that you were listed as one of the two lead investigators, which you made you a target for the NSB and they wanted to murder you as you were listed as one of the two lead investigators.

Since you refuse to take any accountability for your actions this appeal is denied. You can make a new ban appeal in 1 month and show some accountability otherwise your new appeal will also be denied.

Denied. You were caught by the Deputy Chief of the Kaiserguard reporting to the Landespolizei that the Kaiserguard were killing Landespolizei officers. You were then taken and murdered by the Kaiserguard for reporting this. Hello I was the staff member who approved this PK. It's a pretty simple explanation as to why this PK was approved. The reason this PK was approved is because you were caught distributing multiple of those in game documents with a picture of what is supposed to be the Minister of Interior (Member of National High Command) being hung with multiple medals attached to his chest saying "Scrapping the barrel award" "Cant win civil war award" "Dead MOI award" "Archibald Bunker's little bitch award". You were caught by the NSB doing this and there was a case file made against you which included photographic evidence of you distributing these documents. You also done all of this as a Stabsfeldwebel in the Military btw it's not like you were the Minister of War or a member of the Military command staff you were some random NCO in the Military. I'll also make this clear to you that you're not entitled to see the evidence / case file which got you PK'd I don't understand why you think that? You also claim that "The circumstances surrounding this PK were not entirely clear to me" but during the staff sit after you had been killed I explained it to you multiple times with a good amount of detail as to why you got PK'd and you did not seem to understand or comprehend the fact as to why you were PK'd and you held the opinion that this PK was unfair so I told you to appeal it on the forums to which you did. I also said this in one of the last PK appeals that I had to respond to that you're not entitled to a court trial before you get PK'd. You got caught in 4k distrubuting multiple photos of what is supposed to be the Minister of Interior (Member of National High Command) being hung why would you not just be executed / shot for that? Then your point of "the decision appears arbitrary, and I believe it sets a precedent that allows people to just kill people with little justification, and killing someone with so much to lose over a photo is strange." This does not make any sense at all again I don't understand why you think that distributing multiple photos of what is supposed to be the Minister of Interior (Member of National High Command) being hung is not justification for you to be executed / shot and you were not killed over some "random photo" or "Just some photo" as you're making it out to be the photo was again an image of what is supposed to be the Minister of Interior being hung... Also if you had so much to lose on that character I don't understand why you would be distrubuting those documents / pictures around in the first place?

From reviewing the clip provided of this situation there was a point in the clip (2:15) where the Inquisitor had a gun pointed right in your face and told you to stop moving with this you are under fear RP as you have a gun in your face and whilst you were under fear RP you decided to run away therefore meaning you were not abiding by fear RP so then you were shot. You were PK'd under government PK criteria #5 "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP".

You claim that you never threatened the NSB chief but another member of Upper Administartion confirmed with me that you did and so did the Interior Minister but that was not even the reason why this PK was approved in the first place. You also say that "the rules that I quoted from the PK list also supersede the rules you have posted" so I'll go through the rules you listed and provide an explaination as to why you're incorrect. Firstly last resort, not every single PK has to be a last resort because context is always important for PK situations. Especially when the context of the situation is that you, a random Unteroffizier in the Heer, infront of the Entire Military and MOI, called the Interior Minister a "Incompetent dog" and "A Failure of a Minister". The second guideline you listed "Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member." I'll make it clear that you're not entitled to a court trial or some sort of deep interrogation by the NSB before getting PK'd. I reviewed the PK request and determined that you deserved to be PK'd for what you did. Then the last guideline you listed "The punishment must fit the crime. You cannot sentence someone to death for minor offenses; ie. not saluting [PK]" This PK guideline only applies for court trials, for example a Richter cannot sentence someone to death for Jaywalking, not saluting someone or just something that is a really minor offence.

Hello Jimmy I was the staff member who approved this PK. This PK was approved five days ago, when in front of the entire Ministry of Interior and Military during a confrontation you were openly criticizing the Minister of Interior. You were saying to him that he was an "incompetent dog" and "A Failure of a Minister" as a random Unteroffizier in the Heer. Which as you even stated in your appeal was not the wisest move and for moves like that you can face consequences such as getting PK'd. You also stated that you would shoot his NSB chief which solidifies that this was more than enough grounds for a PK. The PK guideline you were PK'd under for this situation was Government PK Criteria #2 "On the orders of Feldmarschall, Innenminister, Prime Minister, Konsul, President, Prinzregent, Kaiser [PK]". Also the clip you provided had nothing to do with the PK and that was not the reason you were being taken by them in that situation.
