The issue is, everyone would just spam sandbags everywhere when a conflict happened. The amount of times staff would have to clean up props because some moron puts down 30 in the street in the middle of a fight, it's just stupid.

That's the entire purpose of the server. It's not based on civilian roleplay.

A few things: 1. Meem very obviously wasn't sending you those images to be 'weird' or 'gross'. He was trolling you because you were being an absolute retard. Despite your having drooled all over the chats, I did yell at Meem for being stupid. 2. You can't start making a big deal about 'being a minor' when you spent the last 2 hours in the Prometheus Discord trying to prove to everyone that you were 24 years old. You are a moron.

It doesn't matter if they're "in visual range". You knew they were trying to detain you, so you decided to alert your whole faction by saying "We're being detained at the ICC" at least 3 times. You had ample time to stop, and chose not to. The fact that the PK guidelines don't specifically mention using radios while under FearRP doesn't matter; you're informing your faction members of information which could lead to severe legal repercussions against those who were detaining you. I will wait for @Aurelius of Phoenix and @dawgto reply, as well as for you to provide any further insight, before I make a decision on this.

Can you talk about the several servers you've created where you and several others have either actively spread, or allowed the spread of, lies and deceit about Prometheus?

What is unreasonable is you using cheats on our server, and then lying to me about it after being quite blatant with your client modifications. Your character is un-PKed, but it has been demoted to Regierungsrat (lowest CO rank in the State faction).
