I'm pretty hesitant to accept this, especially after finding that you attempted to evade your original ban more than once on a third alt you didn't mention. However, because you're apologizing (even if it's a whole month later...) I will reduce the ban on your main account to 1 month. The bans on your other accounts will be removed. If you try to bypass bans again, you will be permanently banned with zero hope for appeal. If you break any rule at this magnitude again, you will be permanently banned with no hope for appeal.

Normally I'd allow more conversation on an appeal like this, but you have a very distinct habit of breaking rules and getting a ban in a matter of days after coming off a previous ban. And it always seems to be for exceptionally stupid situations with you relying on "well, TECHNICALLY..." or "but it always happens to meee..." You know full well what you were doing, and that we wouldn't approve. This ban appeal is denied, and your ban is extended to a month. Your ban history is extensive, and your ban should’ve been much longer than what was originally issued.

The number of rule violations you're citing are not going to be considered, unless you have actual evidence of this to back it up. In addition, you're not entitled to know the reason that you're placed under FearRP. Staff do not have to explain that to you, and neither do the people who put you under FearRP. The reason you were PKed was because you made an advertisement while cuffed, which is a violation of our guidelines regarding FearRP; You cannot make advertisements or radio broadcasts while in cuffs. This is never happening. This is also not possible. Giving someone the ability to assign roles will also give them the ability to edit all roles below their highest role. That's how Discord's worked since it was created.

Literally none of that matters. You were under gunpoint by 3+ individuals and decided to open fire. You took a risk and died.

While I'm not entirely convinced that you weren't intending to break NLR here, you technically did not break NLR because the second car accident was technically sufficient reason for your actions. That said, I can see from Cravfe's point of view why this would look like an NLR break. I'll be closing this.

I PKed you for violating FearRP and dying. Three members of the LaPo had their guns aimed at you, and you pulled yours out as you were told to stand still. You failed to show regard for your life in a FearRP situation, resulting in your death.
