Obergefreiter Egor Landsvickholen: Egor is a Obergefreiter within the Panzers. He can often be seen riding around the city in his modified Panzer 38t, and is an extremely enthusiastic tanker. How long have you been roleplaying?: I’ve been roleplaying with Prometheus since 2023, though I joined the server earlier than that in a less serious manner. I played Half Life RP and Star Wars RP before 2023 on serious notes, with my server characters being a Combine elite and a sergeant of the 212th attack battalion. If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have multiple notes, 5 for RDM, 4 notes for prop minge, and 1 note for metagaming. I have 5 previous bans, with the latest one being in January of 2025. After coming off of the previously mentioned servers, I had decided to minge around, as I did not see the vision of the 1942rp genre until after a while I saw what fun there was to be had. I began to be more serious in my roles, starting in the Feldjagers, then into the War Courts, and from there I continued. I plan to stay on this good record, and to improve the server as a whole from a lower staff position to correct my mistakes from the past. Back when Trusted was still a thing, I was trusted and often used it to recruit people into the military. It's been a while since I’ve used the commands, but I bet that I can relearn it easily. In terms of staff experience, I have none. I’ve never been on staff before. Overall, I am quite familiar with whitelisting of enlisted and keeping quality control when it comes to fail rp names that don't fit in the 1942rp genre. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that I should be picked to become a staff member for Prometheus because I am experienced with the server and Gmod, I’m familiar with the rules and what constitutes rulebreaking, and have learned from my past experiences to become a better member of the community. I’ve been part of this community for a long time, and I believe that I can step up to contribute something more meaningful. I've been on the server for a total of 4 weeks (playtime), not including time before the server wipe and Imperial RP. In Gmod, I have a total of 2,400 hours, with most of that time spent here. I have a plentiful amount of free time, usually in the evening, and have been and will be active. This would allow me to take more tickets and assist the team in many different ways, whether that be as listed taking tickets, helping other new moderators with things I may already know and helping out in the discord with answering any questions to the best of my ability. Because of the amount of time I've spent active on the server, I believe myself to be capable of handling situations which might not have a clear resolution. For example, I have plenty of experience with MOI and Military interactions, and would be able to better judge whether a military member accused of RDMing an NSB agent was truly rulebreaking, or if the situation was more complex than it seems. As another example, I am familiar with PK guidelines due to myself being PKed countless times, and can accurately tell if someone’s PK was valid or improperly done. Lastly, I have intrinsic motivation to help Prometheus be the best it can be. I very much enjoy roleplaying on the server and interacting with others. [150 Words or more]: Staff duties include taking tickets as soon as possible, informing people of the rules if they are not known, disciplining rule breakers within reason and ability, and providing support to roleplay operations. Regularly, staff have the duty to add people to factions, change the character stats of players if needed or requested, and provide help if someone gets stuck in the map or otherwise encounters a bug. Staff have the responsibility to uphold all rules, be an example for other players, remain patient, and respect everyone, despite what may occur. A staff member must be an example of excellence, doing the best they can to help those in need. They must have integrity, and teach by example. But I must have thought or was spited by someone and wanted to kill them as revenge; however, it was seen as RDM, and I should have not let emotion get the better of me. 8/13/24 RDM | ban on next offence - For this one, I remember some details. I was messing with another friend and may have taken things a little far, so I was warned for killing him. For the future, I could avoid this by separating jokes from roleplay. 3/30/26 Meta Gaming - It said here that I used my position to attempt to punish someone under my command for what he did on a different character. Back then I did not see an issue with this since it was the same person playing a character; however, to avoid this, I must ensure that I do not carry consequences to someone from what they did on a different character. Bans: 3/29/24 RDM | PO - I don’t remember what I did to get this ban; however, I should’ve thought of the killing and had a roleplay reason to do it. 4/21/24 LTARP - I do not exactly remember why I got banned for this. However, I must make sure that I do not leave while tied unless I get permission. 5/11/25 RDM - For this, I was attempting to protect a group of high ranking government officials via shooting at a car that was attempting to run them over on the sidewalk. Therefore, I shot at the car and when the guy came out I shot him down as I saw him as a threat. However, I should have attempted to tie him instead of just shooting him. Through my time on the server, I have become very knowledgeable with the rules. I have both experienced and learned the rules through first hand experience, and will apply this when I am staff. Player experience is what keeps people coming back, and I am dedicated to improving and upholding it. From my time on the server, I have seen many people get dismayed for a variety of reasons. And because of this people have decided to leave the server. This means Minges win in harming the server. [150 Words or more]: In my opinion the duties and responsibilities of staff is to prioritise the players. One such duty is getting rid of players who have no desire to roleplay on the server or wish to do others harm. Another duty is teaching others the rules of the server and how to roleplay correctly, may this be old players needing a refresher or new players unaware. Not every rule break demands a ban or severe punishment, sometimes the individual was lacking knowledge or was acting too hastily. As such it is the responsibility of staff to educate the player on what they did wrong and how to improve. This in turn improves the experience on the server for all. A final duty of staff is being the voice of reason. Some players have intense disagreements with each other and will target each other because of it and it will most likely end up in front of a staff member. Therefore, staff must be ready to listen to both sides and use reasoned judgement to make a decision. Approved. That whole RP scene had just been gunned down, which is just a hassle for staff to comp people, people to come back and re-setup, etc. Normally wouldn't be an issue, I would just say time and place, I am all for a great Mass RDM/VDM. Just not when actual RP is occurring.

+ 1 I've seen people with 10 - 20+ bans given another chance, don't see why this should be any different. 3 bans and a few notes after over 2 months of in game time is a decent amount but it also shows you are capable of following the rules when you're not being a moron.

Major Whoreson was playing on his Lapo Char, he entered the ICC trying to detain a oberst. Me and other feldjagers tried to halt the arrest so we attempted to tie Major Whoreson up. That is when he started to aim his weapon at us, so we opened fire. Then we got called minges and all got perm banned.

If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Notes 06/11/2025 Prop Abuse | Remove Flags for Next Offense - When I got this note I just got my pet flags and I started to explore them and I placed a platform and started to use it to fly. I could have avoided this by reading the rules and acting sensibly with my PET flags. 09/07/2025 Global Rule #1 - I was talking to my friend on the server and I was talking about Hitler. I could’ve avoided this by staying in character and not talking about banned topics. 09/15/2025 LTAP - I was in a sit and I was told something and after I was told that I left the city. I could’ve avoided this by waiting until the sit was completed to exit the game. 10/08/2025 RDM | Ban on next offense - While I was on the server nothing was happening that day and I got really bored and I shot someone for no reason. I could’ve avoided this by creating roleplay rather than killing people. 02/14/2026 Nword - I called someone the N word in an argument. I could’ve avoided this by having a better choice of words and controlling my language. 04/26/2026 - Unauthorized raid on the ICC - I was on a Civilian character with my friends and we saw that the ICC front gate was open and right next to the gate were 2 members of the Military, we ran up to the ICC front gate and we walked in and the people were like five steps inside so we rob them and we didn’t shoot but we still did raid. I could have avoided this situation by contacting staff first to see if I was allowed to first. 05/07/2026 - Powergaming - I was in NSB custody and when I was in the cells I had to leave so I got the NSB guy who was with me and a moderator and tell them I had to go, the moderator told me to message the person I was with and when I get on to message them to continue roleplay. The next day I get on I start to message that one NSB guy but when I was messaging him some Senior Officer came into the cells and I stopped writing my message and talked to the guy on why I was in there and he released me, then a little after the NSB guy saw me and reported it. I could’ve avoided this by finishing the message I was going to send and I should’ve told the guy about the person in the NSB that I had to message. Bans 09/03/2025 - LTARP | PO - I was in a Police chase and I had to leave so after I turned the corner and the LAPO couldn’t see me I left the city. I could’ve avoided this situation by contacting a staff member and talking to the police about that. 01/07/2026 - MRDM | GR35 - I was on a civilian character and I ran past the black market and noticed a large group of individuals standing there so I go up to the group and I see one of them buying every one weapons and ammo and they asked where the MOI is so I bring them there and as they enter I stay outside and they start to shoot up the place and next thing I know im brought to a sit and I was banned for bringing them their. I could of avoided this situation by not getting involved with the group and informing staff before the situation happened. 04/26/2026 - Unauthorized Raid - During the time when the Ordensmarschall and Kreigsmarschall was PK active and after I learned about this I charged towards the ICC and I made my way into the ICC as my KG character, after I entered I started to search the BB for the Kriegsmarschall but I was stopped by Governor and brought to a sit and was given a note and I was banned for it because I was banned previously for GR35. I could’ve avoided this by listening to my officers and refreshing myself on the raid rules. Alongside this they overview roleplay to ensure that it is not broken and when they have to punish people it is handled fairly. A responsibility of a staff member is to help players and take their tickets. This could range from answering questions, assisting new players, enforcing punishments such as notes and bans to ensure that roleplay remains as enjoyable and as uninterrupted as possible. A duty of a staff member is to explain and teach individuals on the rules of the server and the way it runs rather than immediately banning or noting people without explanation, this way server members learn from their mistakes and can roleplay more effectively. Another responsibility of staff is to overwatch major roleplay events, gatherings, and confrontations to ensure that individuals can't ruin them, and where possible stopping it from occurring, or punishing after the fact. I admit to trolling as a Prometheus Staff Member on VRChat, it was a mistake I made. Nothing comes close to this RP server, and I should've never made that announcement in the fake discord server saying I declare war. I was banned more than 8 months ago, I believe, and I have not seen another RP server that was as fun and serious as Prometheus. I think I deserve to be unbanned because I want to contribute to a RP community like Prometheus. I want to have that fun I did before, and this time focus majorly not break the rules. I truly miss this server.
