I represent the Interior and assist in the legislative process and assist with the efficiency of the investigative bodies. If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Yes I have been perma banned before, I destroyed documents, the ones particular that mattered were a law I signed when I was GFM in the end of 2023 I think. It was by accident and I later appealed. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I served as a Head Administrator for the ICEFUSE community, specifically on the MRP (Military Roleplay) server. My responsibilities included GM work, coding for the central roster, and developing server events. Within the GM team, I wrote event lore and designed interactive activities to boost player engagement and enhance the overall player experience. I also collaborated with staff members to enforce server rules, mentor new team members, and ensure smooth daily operations. My role requires strong leadership, time management, and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of community dynamics to maintain a fun and structured environment for hundreds of active players. That escapade was about 6 months Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I learn fast and can understand things through experience, both visuals and text. No matter what task is given to me I can pick it up quickly. I am also good at explaining things in a way that makes sense to others so if someone is confused I can help them understand clearly. I am great at handling problems between people by listening to both sides and looking at what they say and any proof they have then figuring out what needs to happen to fix the issue. One thing that makes me stand out is how much time I have spent on the server. I joined about two years ago and already have over two weeks of playtime ( after server reset ). I try to be on the server as much as I can not just because I enjoy it but because I like helping others. I have learned a lot about how the server works and how the community acts and I use that knowledge to help others have a better time. When problems come up I always try to understand where people are coming from, why they are acting a certain way and what I can do to help them. I think this mindset makes me a strong fit for the staff team. I am patient and kind with everyone, not just people I know or like. I have been told by teachers, friends and other people in my life that I am very mature and thoughtful. I believe my experience on the server, my patience , my desire to help others and my friendly attitude would make me a great staff member. I want to help keep the server running smoothly and make sure everyone has the best time possible while they are here. Overall, my experience, drive for helping others, patience, maturity, and most importantly, friendliness, are all factors of my personality that I think would not only make my staff experience smooth should I be accepted, but also improve the experience of everyone else I would love the opportunity to help keep this amazing experience for others running as smooth as possible. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: Staff members are the backbone of any successful server, providing the structure and guidance that allow a community to grow and thrive. They are essential in creating an engaging and welcoming environment where players feel supported and valued. Beyond simply enforcing rules, staff members help maintain order while preserving the integrity of the roleplay experience. A lot of times they are the enforcement that is necessary to enjoy the structure of the server. I think another aspect you will see with staff is they are an aspect of representation of the server. Providing a friendly face and helping hand towards new players of the community and combating hostile ones. They are one of the core facets that help keep the server running and are essential towards the function of the server. Being proactive and attentive towards the players in the community is the topmost priority for me. I think all staff members should strive to uphold that code.

I won't comment on the exact details of the matter but it's extremely typical when someone publicly accuses their boss of breaking the law, undermines their job and refuses to accept being fired they get shot. Also, people uninvolved should not be typing on the appeal as frankly none of you know what happened or the RP behind the scenes that lead up to this. Grief was literally the most minor of the PK Guidelines this was done under, there was 2 much more substantial guidelines this was used for. There was two different last resorts here, once where he was suspended for a few days (which he then accused me of breaking the law over and refused to accept) then his firing which he also refused to accept, this is the natural in character consequence of going against someone when they've given you 3 different chances to stop what you're doing. The initial "crime" committed no where near warranted a PK, which is why I did not go for a PK. Him accusing the Prime Minister of the German Empire of several crimes, trying to win over ministers against me, publically dismissing my office and authority and of course the fact that my character still holds a grudge about the fact that Dirk Burger tried to rig the election against me are all more than enough reasonings to have him shot. Also don't be obtuse, if you genuinely believe the following did not cause any Grief to my character then I lose all faith in your common sense: - Announcements Accusing me of causing a public panic - Announcements Accusing me of several felonies - Attempting to undermine me both in the Council and in private back room meetings with other ministers - Announcements that just straight up undermines the authority of the office of the Prime Minister, who by the way is your boss. - Attempting to pay for votes and rig the election against me in the Prime Minister Elections. Don't forget, characters hold grudges in game and a big fking one is trying to rig an election against you. You've caused more than enough harm to my character to warrant this outcome. Next time think twice before you publically accuse your boss of breaking the law. This is why people shouldn't comment on shit they're not involved in. Bear in mind these are the guidelines that I seeked the PK for: On the orders of Feldmarschall, Innenminister, Prime Minister, Konsul, President, Prinzregent, Kaiser [PK] Being killed by another player due to causing severe harm or grief to their character [PK] Being killed by an approved Criminal Org. in an approved assassination attempt [PK] On Approval of UA. [PK] Also there's the fact that substantial amounts of RP has come about the fact that you have been PK'd which I don't know if any of you keep up to date on PK appeals but several very well known PK appeals were denied for in the past.

Character's name & rank: Dirk Bürger, Minister SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:634637750 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Hound approved, Prime was the one who did it in game Explain why you were PK'd: I was PKed on the criteria of (On approval of UA+ [PK], NHC + Grief) I believe the reason my life was executed was because I openly defied the Prime Minister in a state of firing. This was following the restriction of communications I placed upon the war minister, where he (Azreal) disagreed against me, claiming I was out of line. There were only a few documents posted, we had no in-game interaction from the moment my first document was posted-to the time of the PK. Due to a limited amount of explanation, I could only assume that they PKed me for not falling in line behind the Prime Minister, and fighting against him through documentation. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I find the grounds for PK to be extremely shaky. From document rp, to absolutely zero in-game rp. Instead of looking for an interesting avenue of roleplay (courts, federal council, literally any sort of long-term roleplay solution) I was dragged into a car, driven to a location, and PKed all within a couple of minutes. This is a stupid reason to kill one of the senior-most government members. I believe I should be unPKed in order to ensure a better path is taken in this situation, resulting in a better roleplay atmosphere for the entire server. On a second note for this PK. I was called *INTO* the city by the Prime Minister before he made the PK against me. Through and through this PK fails to follow (Not using PKs as a LAST resort, PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job-ish, Baiting people into PK situations through Out-Of-Character means-also ish.) Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I believe recruiting people into the VW was the issue, but I understand that staff had already intervened to stop it. However, I was unaware that the VW wasn’t allowed in the city before being pulled into a sit by staff. From my perspective, the situation had already been addressed, so I’m confused as to why I received a ban. Additional Information:
