I have taken the time to review all of the video provided in this situation. I think there was a misunderstanding after reading Thomas' final comments. While this is not the best role play in the world I can hear a Major ordering for all of you being arrested and your other Heer member opens fire. Its to my understanding that he was PKed for starting the gunfight after being under threat of arrest. It appears that you reacted to this gunfire and your fellow soldier being gunned down and returned fire to others. Based on the evidence and statements provided your appeal will be accepted.
