I've enjoyed this server so far most people I met were welcoming others not so much. As someone who didn't know how to use a prop gun at all, I was met by people who taught me and I thought that was cool. The staff deserve a round of applause they have been doing a great job. Other servers are too serious or at times not serious at all but this server is right in the middle a good spot to socialize and Rp.

As the climate of the state slowly turned more authoritarian, peaceful but meager resistance to the government sprouted up in a few libertarian political parties in Berlin. These parties lacked support, funding, and power to accomplish anything and were doomed to failure. An important one in this regard would be the Berlin Tea Party; this party would accomplish nothing of note. By the time of 1939, the Berlin Tea Party had turned more into a meeting of disgruntled citizens to complain about the government, doing nothing against its imposing hand on them. [150 Words or more]: As a staff member for Prometheus Networks, my job would be mostly to make sure the server stays fun and fair for everyone. My duties would be to help keep the roleplaying experience enjoyable by making sure everyone is following the rules and making sure no one ruins it for others, whether they’re trolling or just messing around. I would also make sure there’s no racism or anything else inappropriate that could make the server look bad or even get us blacklisted such as blatant use of slurs or other banned expressions/content/player actions. If there’s a problem, ie. Someone breaking the rules or someone needs clarification on something, I’d handle it through support tickets and try to fix things through mediation, providing information or direction for questions, confusion, or any other required administrative intervention to maintain the positive and rule-bound role playing sense within the server. If someone keeps causing trouble, I’ll take action, like giving them appropriate warnings, notes, or even banning them if it’s serious. I have been present for most of the situations you've been involved in, and for those I haven't directly witnessed, you've provided me with detailed recounts including medal clips which were provided during the sit. Because of this, I feel I can speak on this matter with understanding. Since you joined, I have supported you—so don't take this as me complaining about you, but because I genuinely appreciate your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. However, despite your ambition, your became a concern for the staff team. So I will tell you now as someone who wants to help, you need to think the following over with this report. What rule has Coffee broken, or in what way has he been unprofessional? Coffee did not abuse his administrative powers, and he did not act unprofessionally at any point. Actually, he remained respectful, repeatedly explained his reasoning, and gave you more time than many others would. Disagreeing with his decision is not, in itself, grounds for a report. If you wish to pursue this route, I must ask—on what basis are you challenging him beyond simply disliking the ruling (especially when you had literally stated in the sit that you had no issues with him and he always kept things objective)? Why did Coffee rule against you? Coffee did not, and would not, make his decision arbitrarily in favor of rule-breakers. You should know this and I ask that you try to consider his point of view, which he stated to you: His ruling aligns with Upper Administration, who have meet and decided to allows civilian greater flexibility with PKs to promote roleplay continuity. Killing should always be a last resort, even for civilians. In this particular instance, the mugger in question received a verbal warning rather than an immediate PK because they are new, and a permanent removal from the roleplay over one unfortunate event would be excessive and harmful to everyone who he could have roleplayed with. Why are staff becoming exasperated? We understand that players will encounter issues and seek staff assistance—that is our role and we are happy to fill it. But when every time a staff member logs in they are met with yet another ticket concerning you, and multiple staff members describe your behavior as overly persistent, clingy, or confrontational, it becomes a problem. You have admitted to mini-moding but this approach is not constructive for anyone. While making tickets is completely fine, excessive complaints, continuous direct messages to multiple staff members, and now public grievances in global OOC create unnecessary tension for all involved. The issue that led to your latest complaint was not even directly related to you either—you are advocating on behalf of someone who, notably, has not raised any concerns themselves. You speak as though reading the rules makes you a scholar on them, yet experienced staff who have worked under these same guidelines for years are telling you otherwise. It is frustrating for those who maintain professionalism while you appear unwilling to truly listen. What should you do? You are still new, and it is natural to believe you can grasp everything quickly. I understand that impulse personally, I really do. However, even after playing since 2022, I still encounter challenges with the rules, game mechanics, and roleplay dynamics. When I seek clarification, I respect that the person providing guidance has more experience and is not acting in bad faith, and so I listen. If an issue remains unclear, seek mediation from another staff member, but only if professionalism or clarity is lacking. Engage with the roleplay beyond just grinding for money. You have focused almost entirely on drug profits rather than immersing yourself in your job, comrades, or the broader server dynamics. Roleplay as a real soldier stationed at a real military base for example— drugs are meant to serve roleplay, not replace it. Stay in your lane. If an issue directly affects you, make a ticket. Otherwise, refrain from using global OOC, voice chat, or direct messages as your first resort. I hope you take this to heart because I see great ambition in you, and I would hate for you to sabotage your own experience by fostering the belief that staff are against you. You have potential and I hope you don't let your fantasy that staff is after you turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Glad your enjoying the server! Some advice I guess would make yourself stand out, both in character and seriousness. Use your skills to the advantage of what you can do. If your a document writer then go become an office worker or if you strive in leading then join Kaisergarde or the Armed Forces. Its what you make your character man!

Enlist in the army or the Emperor's Guard, or sign up for government service with the federal government, choice is yours! Just make sure that whenever you go anywhere you repeatedly tell people how fat Lentz is.

First, the title is pretentious and demonstrates you do not have a unbiased view of this situation and are clearly quite upset. I don't know who you think you are or who you think Radec is, but this is a 1940's GMOD server, it is truly not that serious to say the "downfall" of anybody. Really odd and strange behavior. Also, as stated in the rules, not all fearRP breaks are PK's, they can be rank demoted or temp PK'd. Rank demotions are not something I find too great, and have recently changed to doing more temp PK's if a full PK is not called for. However, Prime has just recently returned from quite a long LOA and was not aware of this new policy You never state why you attempted to mug Radec or place him under fearRP, it just seems like you...did? With no clear RP reasoning behind it. After asking about you with several players and other staff members, I was unanimously informed by every single one that you are a "known retard who mugs everybody because you're an idiot". Their words, not mine. The concensus seems to be that you really are not trying to RP anything and are just running around like an idiot trying to instigate and then use the rules to punish people. We don't do that sort of thing here! This isn't some mega corporation bound by a stock price or a HR team that must abide by the whims of every whiney and pathetic loser who yaps and cries. Description of the idea: Short Description of the Idea of integrating a Stock Market A fully functional stock market with options on buying selling, that changes the values at random, or maybe you could even register if you have a Business ID your own company and pay a fee your company to go public and have it on the stock market. The stock market as a entity could managed by the state or some other government agency. It could open and close like IRL at certain times, you could try to put in events that admins can control to create a huge total stock crash plunging the market into the ground and giving something to the governments finance offices to heavy worry about. Why should this be added?: Creates opportunity's for players to open Stock Firms, You could have a chance at people becoming stock brokers wolf of wallstreet style become rich of stock then going to start their own business. Gives good roleplay to people who are in the business sector allowing them to act like stuck up stock brokers if they make it big and own their own firm Gives the opportunity for people to invest in businesses like giving out money since the company's stock is good, or it could act as a alternative form of currency payment. Give jobs to the government for employing people to manage it, and also more stuff for finance offices to do if the stock crashes. The style of a stock market helps a lot to the vibe of being in NYC a place famous for the stock exchange. Government agency's could also invested and it could be a small sources of revenue flow for them maybe they could even hire a external consultant to manage their stocks. Maybe those who are top executives or accountants could do fraud and it would give something for BFI to investigate and the local police to act on. What negatives could this have?: Problem that's the biggest is most likely that its quite complicated to program. Could not be fun if the stocks are slow and take a bit to build or lose money. Hi. Firstly, thank you for writing my name so many times, even if its written wrongly. "Global Rule #1: Whilst we advocate for Freedom of Speech and have very little limitation on what can and cannot be said, repeated verbal or text abuse of a player causing them discomfort is considered harassment, this includes but is not limited to the usage of racial or other offensive slurs; know where to draw the line. False allegations is also considered harrasment.Spamming is not permitted on any platform. This counts for forums, discord, and in-game chats. Both IC & OOC text based abuse is clearly seen by Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), when I am being polite & simply asking for the reason why they outright denied my transfer just based off a name. The Chief of Police makes assumptions, and then kills any CO+ they think they can. This is the most corrupt Chief of Police, but beyond, their OOC metagaming is unacceptable, as they hold outright roleplay policing power, and are demonstrating they don't give any consideration to the rules, clearly." Denied. After a review of this appeal, the evidence provided, and your responses, this appeal is denied for the following reasons: 1. You Cannot Mug or Kidnap General Ranking Officers This is clearly outlined in the server rules: General Rule 26: You can not mug or kidnap General Ranking Officers as these individuals command fear, respect, and would realistically have guards. The person you mugged was the Minister of Labour and he is classed as a "General Ranking Officer". I do appreciate that you acknowledged this rule break in your appeal, taking responsibility for that part was a good first step. However, the rest of the appeal fails to show the same level of accountability. 2. Pretending To Be AFK is FailRP In the clip you provided, you sat down during an active arrest and failed to respond whilst you were clearly there, which is pretending to be AFK and while sitting, you cannot be tied up due to game mechanics which is why you did this to avoid getting arrested and this is just FailRP. The arresting officers then shot you so you would respawn, which would reset you and allow for the RP to continue with you standing, and able to be tied. This was a logical and justified response by them. 3. You Disconnected Immediately After Respawning (LTARP) Server logs clearly show that you disconnected by user about 5 seconds after being killed, not a timeout, not a crash. if your game had truly "crashed" the logs would indicate a connection timeout or error. This is a textbook example of leaving to avoid roleplay (LTARP), especially considering that it happened while you were actively being arrested. 4. Going To Your Spawn Point Is Not Metgaming It's completely normal during conflict scenarios (like a civil war or an arrest) for players to continue pursuing you after shooting you, including going to known spawn points. This is not metagaming, and it happens regularly during civil wars or even basic arrests. There's no rule violation here. 5. Deflecting Blame Doesn't Strengthen Your Case You continously pointed out other's behavior, accusing them of using OOC terms or metagaming, but this appeal is about your conduct, not theirs. Deflecting attention from your own rulebreaks instead of taking ownership, is not going to help you get your appeal accepted. 6. Missed Opportunity for Accountability This appeal could have been accepted if you had simply taken full accountability, apologised sincerely, and stopped trying to dispute each detail. But instead, you've attempted to challenge nearly every aspect of a situation that is well documented by the server logs and supported by your own clips that show that you're clearly in the wrong here. I'd recommend using the remaining time on your ban to review the rules carefully and reflect on your approach to roleplay.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I do not believe he took this to the last resort due to me actively trying to work with him multiple times, and him snubbing me each and every time I attempt to work with him. Each time we had a meeting, he assumed that at the next cabinet meeting, I would side with him one hundred per cent. When I did not, he would call me to his office and complain that I wasn't siding with the state. Over and over again, this trend happened. He called me in person and in private, insults which I had been told about, which was our fourth meeting at the time. I told him that insulting ministers and everyone else wouldn't win people over.
