Description of the idea: Short Description of the Idea of integrating a Stock Market A fully functional stock market with options on buying selling, that changes the values at random, or maybe you could even register if you have a Business ID your own company and pay a fee your company to go public and have it on the stock market. The stock market as a entity could managed by the state or some other government agency. It could open and close like IRL at certain times, you could try to put in events that admins can control to create a huge total stock crash plunging the market into the ground and giving something to the governments finance offices to heavy worry about. Why should this be added?: Creates opportunity's for players to open Stock Firms, You could have a chance at people becoming stock brokers wolf of wallstreet style become rich of stock then going to start their own business. Gives good roleplay to people who are in the business sector allowing them to act like stuck up stock brokers if they make it big and own their own firm Gives the opportunity for people to invest in businesses like giving out money since the company's stock is good, or it could act as a alternative form of currency payment. Give jobs to the government for employing people to manage it, and also more stuff for finance offices to do if the stock crashes. The style of a stock market helps a lot to the vibe of being in NYC a place famous for the stock exchange. Government agency's could also invested and it could be a small sources of revenue flow for them maybe they could even hire a external consultant to manage their stocks. Maybe those who are top executives or accountants could do fraud and it would give something for BFI to investigate and the local police to act on. What negatives could this have?: Problem that's the biggest is most likely that its quite complicated to program. Could not be fun if the stocks are slow and take a bit to build or lose money. If improperly managed during a crisis event likes its crash it could tank several business although this on its own is not directly a negative thing. Additional information:

I've been a proud member of the Prometheus community for a couple of years now, and never have I encountered someone so large quite like gator. The circumstances of me larping and having to encounter this absolute troglodyte beast is ruining to my experience at times, the largeness of this individual bothers me. Why is he so big, and is there a fix for this in the future from the staff team?

Yes, you can detain players while aiming your gun, this can be done through F1 -> Inventory, right clicking on restraints and clicking use. The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. Description of the idea: A lot of roleplay props were blacklisted during the transition to MITHC. Namely, the large green tents, the heavy washer prop, sandbags, and ammo crates. I'll put their full names below. I don't see a reason for why these props were removed. Why should this be added?: They are used in a significant amount of old dupes, which can still be used now. In both situations the same guy had told me to open fire, I did the same thing in each one, I was only punished in the second one. I feel like this was a lose lose for me no matter what, but that's not why I'm making a PK appeal, I feel this is a precarious situation. If I don't follow orders I get fired, or worse. I just want to keep playing. I genuinely enjoy the server. But by the logic of you not being supposed to fire when a higher ranking official orders it, doesn't that mean that every time someone like NCOs and enlisted who haven't deep dived the rules, are ordered to fire, they're gonna get PK'ed because they just didn't know better? Getting a direct orders from the highest rank of CO, and not fulfilling it is pretty serious stuff. So that also mean that CO's or other high ranks shouldn't even have the ability to give an order to open fire(or at least be warned by them that if lower ranks open fire AND DIE, they get PKed), and also, how am I not supposed to die here? Survival in a firefight against a crowd isn't something a person can just control, and if I die I get PKed. According to the server's own Government PK guidelines, initiating a shootout is what triggers a PK, but I didn't initiate anything, I defended a position under a direct order from a CO. If the rule is strictly "if you die, you get PKed," then any division combat where a soldier dies becomes an automatic character deletion, which ruins military roleplay entirely. I did not know the risk. Because the first time, it made sense that I didn't get PKed. To summarize, I didn't initiate a gunfight. I was given orders, I followed them to avoid punishment, and protect the Bendlerblock from a breach, and protect my superiors. I just want my character back, I feel like I deserve it, also Wolfgang Mayer is a cool name you have to agree. Additional Information: I have clips of both situations, in both I was told to open fire. The clips both show a very similar situation, it might be by the books, but I feel I shouldn't be PK'ed for it. In the PK guidelines, it says that PKs absolutely HAVE to be a last resort(for important persons, which I believe I am as the role of Oberfeldwebel is pretty important, leading men, making sure they're properly trained, recruitment and more.), this didn't really look like a last resort. I do not believe that as an Oberfeldwebel(with a 2nd class Iron Cross that I earned as a Stabsgefreiter) , I am not subject to rule 4 of the PK guidelines. Under rule 10 of the PK guidelines; "You cannot order the death of more than five people for a specific situation." If you were to review the clips that I posted, in neither situations did I kill more that 5 people or even exactly 5 people. Furthermore, you can ask copernicus124, c8jet as well as Generalleutnant Gator(Lukas Falkner IC who was an Oberst at the time and gave the direct order) on discord, who even stated he can give full details to Upper Administration regarding the situation and the orders given. I refused his request multiple times as he kept pushing me to shoot him. Another member of his branch then says, "I got his player ID." I then asked what this was about, as I was confused about the situation. They both then start to accuse and claim that I was the same guy from an earlier RP situation they had, who had LTAPed. An Admin was called, and I was brought along with the Stabsfeldwebel who called the admin into the SIT room. I am then further accused of being the "same" dude from earlier. The Stabsfeldwebel then provides his evidence through medal, which the admin also checks the logs along with reviewing the video, and says it's me, and the logs prove it. I get a little more flabbergasted about the situation because I am being accused of something I didn't do. I don't know how logs really work, and don't know if he looked at the right person's logs, if they do correlate to steam IDs. But the admin said that it's stated I just reconnected after 30 minutes, and I was previously zip tied. I was banned at around 9:00 pm PST. My last session on the server was at around 6-7:00 pm PST, which is before that LTAP situation even happened. The admin stated we sounded the same, which I can't help for obvious natural reasons and mic reasons. We had the same player model, which I also can't help. It's a video game with limited models. I don't know if this will help my case, but I am set to defend myself against something I didn't do, even if it's a 2-day ban.

Hello, I was the Gericht member who collected your witness statement. In regard to this, you solely wrote 100% of your statement. If verification on this is required, the Google Docs version history can be provided. Nothing was written for you or edited from your text. On top of this, you even submitted your own pictures that you took as evidence into your statement. Before you even drafted the statement, you told the Gendarmerie Chief, while I was standing next to you, that you intended to take the Polizeikommandeur to court. This alone already indicated that you wanted to use dirt against the Polizeikommandeur. You then proceeded to write a witness statement on this in advance of a court trial you intended to hold against the Polizeikommandeur.

I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). I didn't think it was real at the time so in my mind it crossed for me to say it. I am saddened by what I said about it since he has died and the fact I was a bit ignorant and decided to say it makes it all worse.

I will give you exactly what you want, my attention! You already left all the Discords. You just got off a two week ban. You just got your beloved character unPK'd. And still you are acting like you don't know what you did and pretending it is not a reasonable response. You kicked down the Lichterfelde door, the jail door, and then the jail cell door itself. You were arrested by the KG Chief for attempting to break out your friend and brought before Donzoko as Drachen Chief. You were arrested for maybe ten minutes and then called staff to right your perceived wrongs. All the while you and co. were streaming the situation in a Discord together. You are not dumb, so I know that you know kicking down the doors and attempting to free someone who was arrested by the Crown is...not ok! By the point in which you tried to free your friend, I am overwatching the situation, and once I see you call staff and just start minging because you're annoyed you're tied up, I just told Donzoko to shoot you. Frankly, you aren't worth the staffs time when you know what you're doing is moronic. I wouldn't care if you were a self-respecting minge like the other minges, you do what you do, acknowledge you get PK'd for it and just move on. They don't create nonsensical PK appeals or make tickets when they are clearly in the wrong and no rule is being broken. I know that you don't care about the server or anything involving it, but some of your friends do.
